Now I just like to say this was a good video, but I don't think you understood my question. Allow me to explain, I was specifically asking how strong was (ikari/great ape power) Broly is really. Considering Broly's fight with Goku had bad power scaling, it left me confused from Goku holding his own in his base/ssj form against ikari Broly to ikari Broly holding his own against ssj blue Goku right off the bat, he didn't even gradually adapted to ssj blue Goku's power just like how he did against vegeta in his ssj form and ssj god form. Ever since then I've been pondering on whether or not if goku was holding back his ssj blue power whale in the form itself. Also I apologize for not making it clear last time.
Ah I see, sorry Jordan mate, I apologize for misunderstanding. So I believe Broly's power was gradually growing even in the great ape power. I think it's 10x his base. But with regards to Goku, it was stated in an interview recently in the last few years, that Goku is somewhat ahead of Vegeta and Vegeta is trying to close this gap. So after I read that, I was satisfied as to why Goku could fight humanoid great ape Broly in his base. But he couldn't do so for long and remember Goku was 💯 fresh to the fight at that point. In some ways, it seems that Goku might have overpowered Broly in his SSB form, as he was pushing Broly back consistently. Goku only lost out as Frieza killed Paragus leading to Broly going SSJ and getting a 50x power increase or even more. So basically, I believe Goku is still far ahead compared to Vegeta, as stated in an interview and that's why I'm okay with it. I hope that explains my point of view, and I should have put this in the video. My apologies, Jordan :)
Broly is definitely the legendary super saiyan. Whether it's mutation or the reincarnation of a powerful warrior destined to one day bring balance in the universe, I think his power makes more sense than a lot of the other characters on the show.
When I read up on it, I thought it was sort of implied by Toriyama so putting two and two together, you get a plausible theory, but it's still unproven.
My big question is how strong would Broly be after a year of learning spirit control from Yardrat and after a year in the Hyperbolic time chamber with Goku and Vegeta. Also, thanks for another upload you're among the best with dragon ball content!!

The theorie with Paragus being a scientist cant be right, because for once Paragus was also surprised about Brolys Power and second Paragus thought the Super Saiyan was a legend so I dont think he knew anything about the s-cells. Also your argument about his clothes looking not battle friendly, this is simply because thats what frieza gave him and he is too old to fight.
It must also be noted that Broly is a brawler, so even when he's in pain and overpowered, he'll continue fighting, for as long as he's not hurt to a point where he's unconscious. So, that may also portray him as being stronger... We also saw the same thing with Kale when she wasn't in control of her bersek form against Goku during the tournament of power.
I'm sticking with the Super Saiyan of Legend (once every thousand years) theory. As he absorbed his Ozaroo form. And the DBZ flash backs of such show an ape. Also in Super you have Kale whom is Legendary Super Saiyan, not as strong as Broly and way less controlled. She keeps up with the boys no problem. Though she is a Universe 6 fighter.. which stick's with the one every thousand years theme.
this is correct. paragus even says why broly is so strong. because he is able tap into his great ape power n base form. broly eyes also turn yellow wen he does tap into it. safe to assume that every 1000 year at random a child is born with that ability. just like kayle. interesting enough vegeta says in tournament of power, that kayle form is the TRUE saiyan form. also gohan, vegeta and trunks have had a rage moment where there eyes turn white, n they transform, or get insanely stronger. so id say saiyans can transform based on rage, however only a child randomly born has the ability to tap into great ape form, n thats what causes that form to be a true saiyan form or the legendary super saiyan.

If I had a theory I want to be true, it's Broly mastering his power and like Kale did and acquire SSJ4 by regrowing his tail or something like that. Say what you want, but one of the few things GT did good, is making great Apes and Saiyan tails relevant again.
This would explain paragus hatred for the king he's the one who ordered Brandy use it on his son and when it proved effective he decided to banish BROLY before he could be come a threat to his domain
Training in vampa is more on surviving a hostile planet day by day for his whole life. It could really change a man. Plus, give that man a mutant gene and he'll probably evolve on that very planet. That probably explains his enraged base form power can wreck SSG.
I disagree. Sometimes violence is the only answer when everything else has failed and is sometimes a method to achieve peace. Also I dig the Broly was genetically modified theory.

Interesting video about Broly. I think everything you mentioned has merit and factors into the whole picture. With Paragus being responsible for increasing Broly's S-Cells is also quite interesting, as that alone could undo the whole legendary Super Saiyan basis.

yes ever since the god forms I've been wondering what the multipliers are. no one even toriyama or any source material give any definitive numbers. it's really annoying.
i think that was a way for some of the people who work on dragon ball too tell people to stop saying ssj4 gets stomped by the god forms just like in xenoverse 2 is dlc 6 i believe it was where if you take goku as a master on that mission ssb goku and gt goku keep debating whos stronger never saying specifically who was stronger as you the player are assisting ssb so without you we dont know the outcome
I think the “becoming stronger as you fight” theory is true of all Saiyans in Super. It’s as if they got rid of the zenkai boost and replaced it with that. Not only did Broly get stronger as a fight went on but so did Caulifla when she fought Goku in the tournament of power. They have also unlocked transformations when a fight got desperate like Vegeta unlocking Super Saiyan Blue Evolution and Goku unlocking and mastered Ultra Instinct in the midst of their fights. Broly was just the latest and albeit most notable example of this considering his potential.
Did you all notice that when Goku use god bine to broly when broly was realesed he moved towards Goku and broly did the same thing on Goku. Goku became a statue for a split second
I like the theory that Broly's parent was a genius scientist. but I'd think it would of been his mother. since Paragus was referred to as a Colonel in the saiyan army, which is a pretty high rank and he had a power level of 4,200 which was just under Nappa the commander of the entire army. I think it's safe to say Paragus was definitely just another warrior. But I like the idea that it was Broly's mother being mostly responsible for his power. another thing Toriyama stated is being gentle and kind makes it easier to get S-cells it could of been like what Gine was for Goku. inheriting their mothers more gentle nature made it easier for them to get S-cells. I think saiyan scholar did a fan story about Broly's power actually coming from his mothers side also which I liked that video of his.

I've begun to notice a trope in official Mangas, fan Mangas and movies where Broly just rick rolls any Saiyan that comes his way. Whether it be Vegeta, Goku, Bardock, Gohan, Trunks etc. Makes me believe no one well ever truly surpass him
I do personally believe that Broly will be the strongest but I think that he won't have the ability like Goku has to break his limits. After all, Dragon Ball is about Goku, love it or dislike it. So Broly is naturally stronger and more gifted than Goku and Vegeta, but due to his lack of ki control training and advanced martial arts, he may struggle to ascend in the future. But he may not need to, as his Super Saiyan Blue could rival complete Ultra Instinct. After all, UI is only as good as the fighters body can handle. If someone is stronger and faster than your body can react without you thinking, then UI can only help so far.
You are correct about not using anger, because of how destructive it is. When it comes to protecting your loved ones, the most loving thing to do is to strike your opposition. Tough love, so to speak. Of course, we don't know everything and that's okay. Let the Holy Spirit guide us to discern .
I feel like the legend of the super saying is wrong maybe there was two legends the Super Sayian Story and the Legendary Super Sayian story that was passed down. The Super Sayian Story is the transformation that any sayian can have (golden hair) while the Legendary Super Sayian is the one that only someone can be born with it every 1000 years
you are correct the Legend of the Super Sayian is the one with the golden hair which was eventually forgotten how to achieve, while the Legendary Super Sayian is a Sayian that is born every 1000 years like Broly.
You told everything whats understandible itself. Būt good reasons of his power iš like you said that he's a saiyan and saiyans can Control ki better than bumans. Brolys muscles +incredible ki control =unreal power. Plius even goku ir Vegeta could achieve the lssj form. To achieve a good form iš needed: good muscle flexibility , good ki control, (very important) knowing the feeling when transforming Into a form so remembering that feeling you can transform Into that form infinite times. ive theorized that there is a split that happens far back in time that dictates broly is ancestor he is always the legendary super sayain however in the dbz movies timeline he is far weaker than the one in super ive always thought that perhaps in the dbs timeline a split caused by alternate timelines being created due to certain things such as trunks traveling back in time or the one time where bardock had been sent back in time and became a ssj that causes different things to occur like perhaps yamoshi being an ancestor to the dbs broly causing his potential to be even higher as the legendary super sayain trying to explain how broly in dbs could be stuck on a planet for his whole life and rival dbs goku and vegeta is universal base forms or it could just be the fact that in dbz broly is never seen training that much and in dbs broly trains constantly allowing his legendary super sayian powers to increase rapidly as in both dbz and dbs broly while in lssj he is always says his power is growing and it even seems to hurt him kinda in dbz as his body is increasing so fast it cant even keep up as he isnt training
I believe it is very easy to explain. Broly evolves as he fights. He can overcome the power levels due to the fact that as his rage unleashes, his power increases. He is basically the Dragonball Super version of The Incredible Hulk.
What does he evolves mean though? Even if his power level increased through rage, he was still in SSJ 1. Doesnt make sense for his strength and speed to increase and match multiple transformations from characters that have evolved from different battles themselves. Cell saga explained why you need to ascend pass SSJ1, G2, G3 and get to a point where your speed matches your strength. Now for Goku and Vegeta to go beyond this 4X plus a Fusion they should literally be invisible to Broly unless he can go God or Blue. DBZ Broly makes more sense because they were all still in SSJ1 just at different Grades. Can make an argument that Broly being so tall normally, reaching SSJ G3 didnt decrease his speed because his muscle mass compliments his height. Unlike Trunks going SSJ G3 and exposes him for being JUST bulky.
I think you nailed it dude; imo it is all of those combined with not so much the last theory but because of his innste genetic potential. They did say he was a saiyan mutant, so i believe because of that his genetics have the ability to rapidly evolve to the stimuli around him...very similar to how doomsdays' ability are in the superman comics except way faster . I also believe he has naturally unlocked a particular mind state which allows him to tweak his energy so explosively as well. Broly is naturally, unhinged, similar to how A deaf or mentally delayed person is..and the movie does go into how he gets stronger when he loses control of himself too. So i believe These things together makes him what he is. Personally, i think he would have won against Gogeta SS blue if it werent for the fact he had been fighting for like, 4+ hrs straight between goku, vegets, freeza and then those two fused. . In his final power up he appeared to have exceeded his physical limit , all of the other times in the movie when he charged ki it developed continually where as in the last scene it seemed to have maxed out , probably due to fatigue imo
Im pretty sure that the reason as to why SSB kaioken isn't in the movie is because Toriyama wrote the majority of this movie back in 2017.... most likely before Toei created SSB kaioken.... this is also the reason why Blue evolution and Ultra instinct arent in the movie. If you pay close attention, you'll realize that they added a few random statements to make this movie take place after the tournament of power.... but if not for those few statements, this movie would appear to take place during or after the Goku Black Ark.... it took so long to make the movie that they had to adjust the story to take place after the tournament of power when its obvious that it was intended to take place before the tournament

I think its not exactly he’s getting actually stronger but hes exerting more of his ki reserves in response to whoever hes fighting so he’s functionally stronger but still has the same amount of ki just pushing it all out at once that explains how he was able to be beat back into his senses by gogeta

I think the “becoming stronger as you fight” theory is true of all Saiyans in Super. It’s as if they got rid of the zenkai boost and replaced it with that. Not only did Broly get stronger as a fight went on but so did Caulifla when she fought Goku in the tournament of power. They have also unlocked transformations when a fight got desperate like Vegeta unlocking Super Saiyan Blue Evolution and Goku unlocking and mastered Ultra Instinct in the midst of their fights. Broly was just the latest and albeit most notable example of this considering his potential.

I like the theory that Broly's parent was a genius scientist. but I'd think it would of been his mother. since Paragus was referred to as a Colonel in the saiyan army, which is a pretty high rank and he had a power level of 4,200 which was just under Nappa the commander of the entire army. I think it's safe to say Paragus was definitely just another warrior. But I like the idea that it was Broly's mother being mostly responsible for his power. another thing Toriyama stated is being gentle and kind makes it easier to get S-cells it could of been like what Gine was for Goku. inheriting their mothers more gentle nature made it easier for them to get S-cells. I think saiyan scholar did a fan story about Broly's power actually coming from his mothers side also which I liked that video of his.

I've begun to notice a trope in official Mangas, fan Mangas and movies where Broly just rick rolls any Saiyan that comes his way. Whether it be Vegeta, Goku, Bardock, Gohan, Trunks etc. Makes me believe no one well ever truly surpass him
I do personally believe that Broly will be the strongest but I think that he won't have the ability like Goku has to break his limits. After all, Dragon Ball is about Goku, love it or dislike it. So Broly is naturally stronger and more gifted than Goku and Vegeta, but due to his lack of ki control training and advanced martial arts, he may struggle to ascend in the future. But he may not need to, as his Super Saiyan Blue could rival complete Ultra Instinct. After all, UI is only as good as the fighters body can handle. If someone is stronger and faster than your body can react without you thinking, then UI can only help so far.

The Super Sayian Story is the transformation that any sayian can have (golden hair) while the Legendary Super Sayian is the one that only someone can be born with it every 1000 years
you are correct the Legend of the Super Sayian is the one with the golden hair which was eventually forgotten how to achieve, while the Legendary Super Sayian is a Sayian that is born every 1000 years like Broly.

You told everything whats understandible itself. Būt good reasons of his power iš like you said that he's a saiyan and saiyans can Control ki better than bumans. Brolys muscles +incredible ki control =unreal power. Plius even goku ir Vegeta could achieve the lssj form. To achieve a good form iš needed: good muscle flexibility , good ki control, (very important) knowing the feeling when transforming Into a form so remembering that feeling you can transform Into that form infinite times. This was the smart way (not obviousone) explanation.

ive theorized that there is a split that happens far back in time that dictates broly is ancestor he is always the legendary super sayain however in the dbz movies timeline he is far weaker than the one in super ive always thought that perhaps in the dbs timeline a split caused by alternate timelines being created due to certain things such as trunks traveling back in time or the one time where bardock had been sent back in time and became a ssj that causes different things to occur like perhaps yamoshi being an ancestor to the dbs broly causing his potential to be even higher as the legendary super sayain trying to explain how broly in dbs could be stuck on a planet for his whole life and rival dbs goku and vegeta is universal base forms
or it could just be the fact that in dbz broly is never seen training that much and in dbs broly trains constantly allowing his legendary super sayian powers to increase rapidly as in both dbz and dbs broly while in lssj he is always says his power is growing and it even seems to hurt him kinda in dbz as his body is increasing so fast it cant even keep up as he isnt training
I believe it is very easy to explain. Broly evolves as he fights. He can overcome the power levels due to the fact that as his rage unleashes, his power increases. He is basically the Dragonball Super version of The Incredible Hulk.
What does he evolves mean though? Even if his power level increased through rage, he was still in SSJ 1. Doesnt make sense for his strength and speed to increase and match multiple transformations from characters that have evolved from different battles themselves. Cell saga explained why you need to ascend pass SSJ1, G2, G3 and get to a point where your speed matches your strength. Now for Goku and Vegeta to go beyond this 4X plus a Fusion they should literally be invisible to Broly unless he can go God or Blue. DBZ Broly makes more sense because they were all still in SSJ1 just at different Grades. Can make an argument that Broly being so tall normally, reaching SSJ G3 didnt decrease his speed because his muscle mass compliments his height. Unlike Trunks going SSJ G3 and exposes him for being JUST bulky.

I think you nailed it dude; imo it is all of those combined with not so much the last theory but because of his innste genetic potential. They did say he was a saiyan mutant, so i believe because of that his genetics have the ability to rapidly evolve to the stimuli around him...very similar to how doomsdays' ability are in the superman comics except way faster . I also believe he has naturally unlocked a particular mind state which allows him to tweak his energy so explosively as well. Broly is naturally, unhinged, similar to how A deaf or mentally delayed person is..and the movie does go into how he gets stronger when he loses control of himself too. So i believe These things together makes him what he is. Personally, i think he would have won against Gogeta SS blue if it werent for the fact he had been fighting for like, 4+ hrs straight between goku, vegets, freeza and then those two fused. . In his final power up he appeared to have exceeded his physical limit , all of the other times in the movie when he charged ki it developed continually where as in the last scene it seemed to have maxed out , probably due to fatigue imo

Im pretty sure that the reason as to why SSB kaioken isn't in the movie is because Toriyama wrote the majority of this movie back in 2017.... most likely before Toei created SSB kaioken.... this is also the reason why Blue evolution and Ultra instinct arent in the movie. If you pay close attention, you'll realize that they added a few random statements to make this movie take place after the tournament of power.... but if not for those few statements, this movie would appear to take place during or after the Goku Black Ark.... it took so long to make the movie that they had to adjust the story to take place after the tournament of power when its obvious that it was intended to take place before the tournament
