Choosing love over "duty" & suffering severe consequences as a result has been a constant theme throughout Game of Thrones (Rhaegar & Lyanna, Robb & Talisa, Jon & Ygride, Tyrion & Shae, Jaime & Cersei, etc.), this song captures that theme perfectly!
Maybe it broke the illusion a bit, but it was a present for the actor who plays Arya and Ed Sheeran shouldn't have received as much hate as he did. It was a great episode with a beautiful song and a beautiful cover
I agree, especially since I read in an interview it wasn't just a random appearance (Like people are complaining about) they got him on the show as a surprise for Maisie Williams who is a fan of Ed's.
Because people think he paid his way in so he could brag, or that he was out of place there. I barely recognized him in the scene at first but I just love how Maisie lit up there. Like you can honestly see her face glow with happiness. (which after sass and badassery she was up to till then was a welcomed change and it showed that she is still a little girl even though she is no one)
@# The singer was blackmailing Tyrion because he knew that if he told Cersei, Shae would be killed. To prevent this Tyrion has him killed and quite possibly turned into stew. By the way Tyrion talks to Varys when he finds him and Shae talking, It's not crazy to think show Tyrion would have done the same. Book and show Tyrion are pretty similar until around the end of season 4 onwards. It's a shame the crazy intelligent, broken, rock bottom awful Tyrion of the last book wasn't in the show, he hasn't been a meaningful charachter in quite a while on the show
This is gorgeous! Your singing, the costume, the colors in this video, and you have so many identical twins! :D I've never seen Game of Thrones or heard this song, but you did so well at lengthening it out, I'd never have guessed the original song isn't this long. Beautiful music, beautiful video! Thank you again!
THIS WAS AWESOME!!! I loved Pentatonix (an acapella group) and I admire them because they made beautiful covers with only five voices... But Peter managed to make a perfect harmony with only one voice and it was wonderful .... I love this, I love Ed Sheeran and I love GOT.... Thank you for doing this❤❤
Peter does that one-man a cappella thing often, last time I counted, his channel was about 90% a cappella music, and he has over 150 music videos now! I remember Peter's first Ed Sheeran cover: I SEE FIRE from the second Hobbit film th-cam.com/video/yymS1Pb7JfM/w-d-xo.html , and it is so epic, Peter's voices, the whole 'feeling' of the video is mind-blowing. You gotta experience it! Peter Hollens' riveting cover of #EdSheeran's 'I SEE FIRE' #acappella: vocal + intense body percussion starts @ 1:50 I love how the tension builds as the song progresses; how it begins with a single voice then slowly increases in its complexity, dozens of layers of a cappella vocals & body percussion increasing to such a subtle yet intense climax that the sudden ending...causes you to suspect you've been away on an epic adventure and surprised you made it safely home.
Hands Of Gold (feat. Ed Sheeran) Peter Hollens He rode through the streets of the city Down from his hill on high O'er the winds and the steppes and the cobble He rode to a woman's side For she was his secret treasure She was his shame and his bliss And a chain and a keep are nothing Compared to a woman's kiss For hands of gold are always cold But a woman's hands are warm And there he stood with sword in hand The Last of Darry's ten And red the grass beneath his feet And red his banner's bright And red the glow of the setting sun that bathe him in its light Come one, come on, the great lord called, my sword is hungry still And with the cry of savage rage they swarmed across the rill And with the cry of savage rage they swarmed across the rill He rode through the streets of the city Down from his hill on high O'er the winds and the steppes and the cobble He rode to a woman's side For she was his secret treasure She was his shame and his bliss For a chain and a keep are nothing Compared to a woman's kiss For hands of gold are always cold But a woman's hands are warm
It's great listening to this version several times; Peter not only implements surprising clarity to the melody with his vocal timbre, but also subtly incorporates bits of themes from "The Rains of Castamere" and the opening title track of Game of Thrones in his harmonies to make for an unforgettably high-quality a cappella arrangement. It's been haunting my head over the past few days now.
I showed this to my four years old nephew and the first things he did after it was over was turning to my sister and saying, "I want so many twins too." It was so cute I just had to write it here. Wonderful song and awesome voice. Thank you, for making my day.
Not even 10 seconds in and I've already liked! I haven't started game of thrones, but I'm currently at my 5th day of band camp with a weak arm from getting blood drawn. And this has calmed me down from the stress of memorizing "dance with somebody" on my flute in less than a half hour. I've said it before and I'll say it again, your work is amazing and gives me motivation for my own musicianship.
Stephanie Korte *highfives* I love running into more band geeks online! You normally see musicians who play or sing just as a hobby but not in actual band! And I agree, rehearsal and camp may be gruesome and tiring, but every time we perform it's always worth it. My 16th bday is actually going to be at an away game and I love the idea of spending my bday with my band fam!
This was fast! Amazing video as always. I loved how the voices at one point sang the game of thrones theme. I also liked Ed's cameo. No idea why people found it controversial.
Ricardo Daniel Zapata Carreón Its only because Game of Thrones usually stays away from celebrity cameos. It takes you out of the moment, because instead of thinking about the scene, you think, "Hey, that's Ed Sheeran!"
His voice makes me cry from happiness. He's an angel who came from heaven to help us humans, stop being sad or depressed. Thank you so much Peter. You're awesome ❤️ I wish you all the luck and happiness 🍀
Jmassey95 what? No. Tyrion doesn't sing the song. He remembers it a couple of times, but never sings it. It is sung by the guy that was blackmailing him.
Amazing! Beautiful vocals! Your version of this song is wonderful and full; and Game of Thrones would be lucky to have it included in an episode or featured during credits. I hope you get the licensing all straightened out as I'm sure it will be very successful. I am among the number who find it confusing that Ed Sheeran's GoT performance was controversial. I think he was great & there would not have been so much negativity focused on that character if it had been someone unknown. It's unfortunate that people feel the need to put such hate out there like that. It must have been tremendous work to get this video out so quickly, but it's a beautiful gift to your fans. Thank you for once again sharing your voice and your music with us. Lucky to be HollensFamily
This is beautiful! I love how you are getting more and more varied in the way you conceptualize and carry out the editing, with foreground and background not quite in focus, but the middle (lead you) in crystal focus. Loved the costume(s?) and the balance of the voices, and most of all love how current you can be without losing any of the timelessness and purity of your voice and singing! This to me is a masterpiece, and what on earth could be controversial about it? As for views being down, I think this is going around the internet, because other things I would have thought would have been huge hits are way down in views, too. Not to worry, your fans will never quit you! Bless you!
If you didn’t know, this song wasn’t made for the show or by Ed Sheeran. It is actually from the books, Tyrion sings it to himself after Oberyn’s death in the trial by combat. He also sings to himself when he kills shae in Tywins bed. He strangles her with his hand of the king chain which is a bunch of interlocking golden hands. “Hands of gold are always cold, but a woman’s hands are warm”.
[Chorus] He rode through the streets of the city Down from his hill on high O'er the winds and the steppes and the cobble He rode to a woman's side For she was his secret treasure She was his shame and his bliss And a chain and a keep are nothing Compared to a woman's kiss [Refrain] For hands of gold are always cold But a woman's hands are warm (X2) [Verse] And there he stood with sword in hand The Last of Daery's ten And red the grass beneath his feet and red his banner's bright And red the glow of the setting sun that bathe him in its light Come one come on the great lord cult my sword is hungry still And with the cry of savage rage they swarmed across the rill And with the cry of savage rage they swarmed across the rill [Chorus] He rode through the streets of the city Down from his hill on high O'er the winds and the steppes and the cobble He rode to a woman's side For she was his secret treasure She was his shame and his bliss For a chain and a keep are nothing Compared to a woman's kiss
This is the first tonight I heard song and I can't get enough of this song. I must have listen to this song about 15 times now it has such meaning to it. Thank you Peter for doing this one
Arya: It's a pretty song. I never heard it before Ed Sheeran: It's a new one. Now availible on Spotify (sorry for spelling, English is not my native language) Edit: Thank you so much for the likes, I never had so many!!!
because....you're....smart enough not to subscribe to HBO? I enjoy the show, but not watching TV is a big positive. George R.R. Martin is one of the best fantasy writers ever, and as good as the show is, the books are better. Just be prepared for some brutal truths.
GraceAction Don't watch the show. I couldn't finish the second book because the pacing is so slow. The show leaves out so much content that if they added it all HBO would be able to make 30+ episode seasons.
What does the second verse about "the last of Darry's ten" mean if this is about Tyrion? The wiki says house Darry served the Tully's. How's that tie into Tyrion at all? Johnathan Darry was apparently head of the kingsgaurd under the mad Targaryen king, though, so Jaime was one of his men.
@@cinnamon1045 Yeah I researched it a bit on my own and the full answer is that the second verse Peter sings isn't from this song at all, but another that isn't a love song. Peter just combined them, seems like.
Holllens, love this, could you do the bear and the maiden fair from Game of thrones in a similar version, so far it only has a rock version and deserves a beautiful version like this song.
💕'Hands of gold'💕 THIS SONG IS EXTRAORDINARY MIND BLOWING . When I was watching the series i.e Game of throne (season 7) the day before today I got to hear this song. 🔥
I love this song so much and this cover is absolutely gorgeous!! Sad to hear your vids haven't been doing well. :( C'mon, Hollens Fam, let's bring those views back up for Peter!
I found it very interesting how right after she sat down she took a long hard look at their swords which were very far away from them, and she decided to sit down and listen instead of doing what we thought she was going to do... ha.
Not going to lie, terrified that sometime later this season we're going to find out that she did actually take the soldiers out after the scene cut and the producers are just waiting to use that information. That would mean they decided against a fight scene.... unlikely.
That 2nd verse for some reason makes me think about Robert and Rhaegar more than Tyrion. It sounds like a scene from the battle on the trident. "Come one come all the great Lord said my sword is hungry still" I like that line
As I watched it I was wondering how much time will go by until there are the first covers of this song on youtube :D Wow - that was fast ! :D It is beautiful.
Man Of Honor I'm not interpreting the song. I'm referring to the book. In the book it's about Tyrion and Shea. No interpretation needed. Tyrion has the singer killed and the song was never completed.
Yes, it is about Tyrion. It was sung by Symon Silver-tongue, as a subtle blackmail. Tyrion later has Symon killed, but he remembers the bit Symon sang to intimidate him, and that is the part sung by Ed Sheeran (I guess the original was longer, but we'll never know)
rabenam Is it bad that it makes me feel kinda superior because I know that. And as we speak I’m scrolling through the comments looking for people to educate with book knowledge.
I simply can NOT understand how anyone can honestly down-rate this video or any of the others I have seen by Peter Hollens. Amazing talent, and an immense amount of effort into producing a very high quality video. Great job. 1.2k dislikes....really? Honestly, how? Know what, never mind. Just ignore the idiots and keep doing what you are obviously so very good at.
I was really waiting for someone to sing the extended version! It was beautiful!Love it!Keep singing! You sing very well!Sorry if it felt half hearted,I'm not very good with words:)
Your voice is warm, like the suns gentle embrace. This gives me chill and rings to my soul. You're a blessing in a screeching choir of voices. I love this song.

GAME OF THRONES IS MY LIFE
Full lyrics:
He rode through the streets of the city
Down from his hill on high
O'er the wynds and the steps and the cobbles
He rode to a woman's sigh
For she was his secret treasure
She was his shame and his bliss
And a chain and a keep are nothing
Compared to a woman's kiss
For hands of gold are always cold
But a woman's hands are warm
For hands of gold are always cold
But a woman's hands are warm
And there he stood with sword in hand
The last of Darry’s ten
And red the grass beneath his feet
and red his banners bright
and red the glow of the setting sun
That bathe him in his light
Come one, come on the great lord called
My sword is hungry still
And with the cry of savage rage
They swarmed across the rill
And with the cry of savage rage
They swarmed across the rill
He rode through the streets of the city
Down from his hill on high
O'er the wynds and the steps and the cobbles
He rode to a woman's sigh

Like you can honestly see her face glow with happiness. (which after sass and badassery she was up to till then was a welcomed change and it showed that she is still a little girl even though she is no one)
As someone who has never heard of Ed Sheeran, all I could think was, "Damn, that guy can sing." It was a nice scene with a nice song.
Im waaaaaay too excited to hear your rendition of Jenny of Oldstones.
i support @avathequeen14
This is literally the first thing that popped into my mind when I heard Podrick singing. "I hope Peter does this".
yeah, spoiler alert: Jenny incoming
He HAS to do Jenny of Oldstones, it's way to awesome not to
It is done
Oh oh Peter Hollens in a costume! Even better!
That was lovely!
I love it when he dresses up! Especially in the Disney one.
Haha yes!
Cosplay is so much fun! Although I was extreeeeemely hot in 90 degree heat with all of that gear on.... lol
I bet! Wow 😂
Why am I crying in the club right now! I love you peter for singing songs we see artists rarely sing!
haha. Thank you Ethan!!!
This song, at least the version in the books, is about Tyrion and Shae. Tyrion then had the singer who wrote it killed…
yeah
@# Well to be more exact he had Bronn kill Symon Silver-Tongue (the singer). And iirc only after he refused a reasonable bribe.
@NPC #79460294 That was what Bronn was alluding to indeed
@# The singer was blackmailing Tyrion because he knew that if he told Cersei, Shae would be killed. To prevent this Tyrion has him killed and quite possibly turned into stew. By the way Tyrion talks to Varys when he finds him and Shae talking, It's not crazy to think show Tyrion would have done the same.
Book and show Tyrion are pretty similar until around the end of season 4 onwards. It's a shame the crazy intelligent, broken, rock bottom awful Tyrion of the last book wasn't in the show, he hasn't been a meaningful charachter in quite a while on the show
@# yup he had bronn do it. took him to fleabottom and had him turned into soup.
How freaked out would you all be if you were walking through the woods and then you stumble across a band of five men, all looking exactly alike.
Would say that i need stop eating mushrooms
Jacob Vuiton
"....this is way better than twins."
It’s just like Skyrim...
And singing passionately
Did you forget the whole "in a set of armor" thing
This is gorgeous! Your singing, the costume, the colors in this video, and you have so many identical twins! :D I've never seen Game of Thrones or heard this song, but you did so well at lengthening it out, I'd never have guessed the original song isn't this long. Beautiful music, beautiful video! Thank you again!
My first thought after seeing was that I needed to hear a longer version. This is fantastic!
Thank you!! Great minds think a like I guess;-)
Robin Pierce Indeed, I have already watched it... and it's mind blowing the effort he puts on his music....
Hands Of Gold (feat. Ed Sheeran)
Peter Hollens
He rode through the streets of the city
Down from his hill on high
O'er the winds and the steppes and the cobble
He rode to a woman's side
For she was his secret treasure
She was his shame and his bliss
And a chain and a keep are nothing
Compared to a woman's kiss
For hands of gold are always cold
But a woman's hands are warm
And there he stood with sword in hand
The Last of Darry's ten
And red the grass beneath his feet
And red his banner's bright
And red the glow of the setting sun that bathe him in its light
Come one, come on, the great lord called, my sword is hungry still
And with the cry of savage rage they swarmed across the rill
And with the cry of savage rage they swarmed across the rill
He rode through the streets of the city
Down from his hill on high
O'er the winds and the steppes and the cobble
He rode to a woman's side
For she was his secret treasure
She was his shame and his bliss
For a chain and a keep are nothing
Compared to a woman's kiss
For hands of gold are always cold
But a woman's hands are warm
It's great listening to this version several times; Peter not only implements surprising clarity to the melody with his vocal timbre, but also subtly incorporates bits of themes from "The Rains of Castamere" and the opening title track of Game of Thrones in his harmonies to make for an unforgettably high-quality a cappella arrangement.
It's been haunting my head over the past few days now.
Super cool costumes and editing. Overall great song.

Mate please do the Dornishmen's wife xD!
Please dress up as Bronn in Dornishmen's uniform when you do :-)
PLEASE DEW IT!
omg pls do this'
Do it, i think it's perfect for you and your 'you' friends
Yuki Terumi must be done
I showed this to my four years old nephew and the first things he did after it was over was turning to my sister and saying, "I want so many twins too." It was so cute I just had to write it here. Wonderful song and awesome voice. Thank you, for making my day.
Not even 10 seconds in and I've already liked! I haven't started game of thrones, but I'm currently at my 5th day of band camp with a weak arm from getting blood drawn. And this has calmed me down from the stress of memorizing "dance with somebody" on my flute in less than a half hour. I've said it before and I'll say it again, your work is amazing and gives me motivation for my own musicianship.
wow, I'm honored! Thank you for your kind words and support, so cool that you are a musician too!
Oh lord, I've been waiting for this! Thank you, it's amazing!
Thanks Ricardo, so glad you enjoyed it!
The reason, is because was right up in your face unlike the coldplay cameo (in my opinion)
Abraham Gomez Barron
Dont forget mastodons drummer was also a cameo
really surprised peeps thought ed was controversial.. it just proves the fan base is amazing and dedicated!!
Loved how you included the verses from the Bloody Meadow song.
Fits the rhythm really well and gave me major goose bumps.
Wow! This is truly amazing!
I know so many people hated on Ed but loved this so much! Amazing
My would they hate ed he is not really in this
He guest stared on Game of Thrones singing this song and some G.O.T. fans didn't like it
Hannah & Leon Vlogs Seeing as he's far from the only celeb to make a cameo, the amount of whinging was ridiculous
I think it's because his cameo was so obvious. The other cameos from musicians are really subtle.
How was his cameo any less obvious than all others??????He just has a much more recognizable face.
His voice makes me cry from happiness. He's an angel who came from heaven to help us humans, stop being sad or depressed. Thank you so much Peter. You're awesome ❤️
I wish you all the luck and happiness 🍀
This is by far the best version of this song 😍 I always listen to it. Thank you! ❤
Still waiting for my bard's song.... but this is outstanding, Peter!
thank you Sanay!!
Tyrion is my favourite character. i love him!
What's a crachter?
Zehra Çetin he's my fave crachter too
Tyrion sang this song in the 4th book originally, really surprised to see it turn up in the series this late
Jmassey95 what? No. Tyrion doesn't sing the song. He remembers it a couple of times, but never sings it. It is sung by the guy that was blackmailing him.
Alexander Mercer he sung it out loud as he strangled shae
Please do a cover of Hellfire from Hunchback of Notre Dame
I too would like to hear that.
shadowhuntress13 me too
Aion Trancy He kind of did a short one in his Disney Villian medley
PLEASE DO THAT
I'd like to hear that along with Out there! Those are my two top favorite songs from that movie!
"If you think this has a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention."
Peter Dinklage on Twitter.

Doran Martell Ramsay said it to Theon when he was torturing him.
yeah, but peter posted it on twiter as well

I agree with you and thank you for your positivity:-) Ed Sheeran did great in my opinion as well!! I don't know what people had to complain about😕
Peter Hollens I am honored that you could take the time to reply to my comment. Have a *great* weekend! 😊
I think it was how out of place it was. Like hey Ed Sheeran, randomly in GOT. I liked it but it was still a bit odd and out of place.
Seriously I can't stop watching this, your version is stuck in my head and all other versions are a no... nailed it
This is beautiful!
[Chorus]
He rode through the streets of the city
Down from his hill on high
O'er the winds and the steppes and the cobble
He rode to a woman's side
For she was his secret treasure
She was his shame and his bliss
And a chain and a keep are nothing
Compared to a woman's kiss
[Refrain]
For hands of gold are always cold
But a woman's hands are warm (X2)
[Verse]
And there he stood with sword in hand
The Last of Daery's ten
And red the grass beneath his feet
and red his banner's bright
And red the glow of the setting sun that bathe him in its light
Come one come on the great lord cult my sword is hungry still
And with the cry of savage rage they swarmed across the rill
And with the cry of savage rage they swarmed across the rill
[Chorus]
He rode through the streets of the city
Down from his hill on high
O'er the winds and the steppes and the cobble
He rode to a woman's side
For she was his secret treasure
She was his shame and his bliss
For a chain and a keep are nothing
Compared to a woman's kiss
I love how my dude dropped an entire acapella track harmonising with himself
Big pp power moves

Why this video doesn't have a billion views? This is Gold.
I didn't realize that all 5 is the same person until the 3rd time watching, you're a legend
This is the first tonight I heard song and I can't get enough of this song. I must have listen to this song about 15 times now it has such meaning to it. Thank you Peter for doing this one
One of the most beautiful and emotional song I've ever heard
Arya: It's a pretty song. I never heard it before
Ed Sheeran: It's a new one. Now availible on Spotify
(sorry for spelling, English is not my native language)
Edit: Thank you so much for the likes, I never had so many!!!
beautifulrobloxgirl3 where are you from
@@mfrank3439 The Netherlands
beautifulrobloxgirl3 Oh Robin van persie I like him who is come from Netherlands
Well for it not being your native language, you did really well! A few errors, but impressive for it not being your native language!
beautifulrobloxgirl3 OK ( sorry for my bad English )
Bro this song is criminally underrated.
I loved this song.
The first instance I listened to this song clip in GOT fell in love with this
Just had this song in a spotify playlist and I absolutely love it! Thanks for the cover, it's amazing
This Song helps my 3 years old son to sleep within minutes. Thank you!!!😆
the joker has 3 year old son?
@@krisjustbegun9740 i could see the joker playing this song to his son
Beautiful cover! I'm not a fan of Ed Sheeran, but I love all the covers you've done of his songs. You make any song better!
never ED sing her Song with more Soul and Heart
Peter Hollens, you are truly blessed by the Lord. What a gorgeous voice, sir.
Honestly how have I still never seen Game of Thrones
GraceAction My neither, I love listening to the sings from it though
because....you're....smart enough not to subscribe to HBO? I enjoy the show, but not watching TV is a big positive. George R.R. Martin is one of the best fantasy writers ever, and as good as the show is, the books are better. Just be prepared for some brutal truths.
GraceAction Don't watch the show. I couldn't finish the second book because the pacing is so slow. The show leaves out so much content that if they added it all HBO would be able to make 30+ episode seasons.
keats27 the books are really amazing... such as Tyrion Said:
A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge.
Well if you ever do, don't get attached to any character
This is so underrated,So Good!!Really Good Work. This need way more views and appreciation,Good work man!!
I always come back to this song WINTER IS HERE your the best peter ty
It's the song perfectly fits for Tyrion Lannister 😍😍
I think he likes this song less ... tried to blackmail him and find out who is Shai because of this song ...
I really loved it! this is my favorite, Tyrion's song...
Carla Chang Book fans are the realest honestly
What does the second verse about "the last of Darry's ten" mean if this is about Tyrion? The wiki says house Darry served the Tully's. How's that tie into Tyrion at all? Johnathan Darry was apparently head of the kingsgaurd under the mad Targaryen king, though, so Jaime was one of his men.
@@AlleluiaElizabeth The song is about Tyrion and Shae and that's it. It was written to blackmail Tyrion
@@cinnamon1045 Yeah I researched it a bit on my own and the full answer is that the second verse Peter sings isn't from this song at all, but another that isn't a love song. Peter just combined them, seems like.
@@AlleluiaElizabeth the second part about Darry was not in the books.
Holllens, love this, could you do the bear and the maiden fair from Game of thrones in a similar version, so far it only has a rock version and deserves a beautiful version like this song.
Karliene did that I brelieve
💕'Hands of gold'💕
THIS SONG IS EXTRAORDINARY MIND BLOWING .
When I was watching the series i.e Game of throne (season 7) the day before today I got to hear this song. 🔥
I adore this song♥️♥️
I love this song so much and this cover is absolutely gorgeous!! Sad to hear your vids haven't been doing well. :( C'mon, Hollens Fam, let's bring those views back up for Peter!
Come What May with your wife! This just be the best Peter!
This is one of the best covers of this song I have ever heard...you are an amazing artist!!!!!!!!!

Makes me feel like such an epic warrior when I hear this. Like I can feel the wind in my face and the steel at my side.
Dornishman's Wife would be amazing man!
Nice ! I don't know for you , but I was so afraid for Aria in this scene ;-;
great song ! :D
I found it very interesting how right after she sat down she took a long hard look at their swords which were very far away from them, and she decided to sit down and listen instead of doing what we thought she was going to do... ha.
Even after that I was like "NO don't eat it AHHH"
Game of thrones start to play with our feelings , that's not cool ._.
(much love from France :p)
Not going to lie, terrified that sometime later this season we're going to find out that she did actually take the soldiers out after the scene cut and the producers are just waiting to use that information. That would mean they decided against a fight scene.... unlikely.
That 2nd verse for some reason makes me think about Robert and Rhaegar more than Tyrion. It sounds like a scene from the battle on the trident. "Come one come all the great Lord said my sword is hungry still" I like that line
1:32 Thus changed into a Pitch Perfect Movie 🎥 scene and I'm here for it. ❤
As I watched it I was wondering how much time will go by until there are the first covers of this song on youtube :D
Wow - that was fast ! :D It is beautiful.
thank you Kat!!
You are very welcome!
It is a nice inspiration for a new choir project or something like that .... :3
When you know this song is actually about Tyrion :)
Tyrion later has Symon killed, but he remembers the bit Symon sang to intimidate him, and that is the part sung by Ed Sheeran (I guess the original was longer, but we'll never know)
Umut Yunusoğlu wow man, youre really don't know how to interpret a song
Umut Yunusoğlu I don't think so because this song was sang on Episode 1 and jaime left kings landing on Episode 7
rabenam Is it bad that it makes me feel kinda superior because I know that. And as we speak I’m scrolling through the comments looking for people to educate with book knowledge.
Do The Bear And Maiden Fear next please!!!
the bear and the maiden fair
Rosa T not fear
i thought jorah was Azor Ahai
That would be lit.
Surya punj You spend too much time listening to MatPat.
I loved your perfomance ! Might be the most beautiful Game of Thrones cover I've heard so far!
Truly amazing voice you have there mate. On par with Ed Sheeran, if not better.
Not sure if its better than ed shereen i think ed shereen had a better pitch personally
