There ain’t many tiny desk concerts where the audio sounds too hot, but this sounds so clear and the musicians all sound perfect like the audio in a recording studio. 💜
That's funny, because I've watched quite a few and I've been thoroughly impressed by the mix and engineering of most all of them. It's not easy to EQ that set-up to start with.

Big Boi gets overshadowed by Andre 3000 a little I think but he’s just as dope, he’s released 3 solo albums and 1 collab with Phantogram that are all worth a listen. Just like with OutKast he always brings a fresh sound to his music that you just don’t hear anywhere else in hip-hop and that’s largely thanks to Sleepy Brown, the guy that was on his left.
Big Boi is one of my favorite people i music ever. His first solo albums, all the OutKast albums, his contribution to the south, and his whole personality is just great.

Big Boi will never be held up there with Andre but that's a shame because he is super lyrical with his signature quick southern flow and i think without him we wouldn't have anything to contrast what 3 Stacks brings with his unorthodox flow, eccentric style and expanded subject matter. NPR, please bring Andre. And please allow him to have 3 hrs to do whatever he want. Thanks.
