I don’t think he had anything to do with the process that dismembered Rose. Ethan's mind: Well they're kinda dead now so-
I actually feel kinda bad for him
You may be disgusted, but someone somewhere is tweaking it to that death scene. Now you are more disgusted. Have a nice day.
Oh my god I just realized that, Poor salvatore.
sorry. i dont understand what you mean. can you please explain

I like how he just stares at Ethan for a good 5 seconds before he says I’ll just be taking this
Moreau: Transforms
Me: "Whoa!
He's less ugly now!"
Yea
His transformation looks like the Gwoemul from the movie "The Host" a Korean movie

Moreau: 😐
Ethan: 😐
4:51 I don’t know Ethan, where do we even begin?
Underrated comment! 😂😂☠️
If Hermaeus Mora had a child,
Moreau would be the son-
Gotta love Skyrim fans :D
I can't help but to feel sorry for him.
Poor Moreau. He was look down upon by the other lords and was constantly bullied by them like when Angie called him ugly for getting in the way and heisenberg telling him to stfu. The poor guy just wanted to be loved like the rest of the lords
🥺 he sounds in pain you can hear the groaning the growths spout and he says Ah ahhh!!🥺 sad but very interesting boss
Ye
He is actually in pain he can't control his transformation
4:51 "What the fuck is wrong with you?" says Ethan to the goddamn infected fish man. Kind hard to even start on what is wrong.
His death is probably the most disturbing one i've seen in gaming for a good while. Imagine your body just stops working right and just turns you into a balloon until you explode. Disturbing.
Not enough people are talking about his death. Poor bro went out like Hulk in What If.
@@LordCrate-du8zm Bro really said "k i wanna be pyrocynical now".
i had to make the joke before someone else did.
Well it’s a clever joke.
"Leave it alone Ethan, you are out of your depth"
I can't explain it, but the delivery of that line gets me every time.
Holy shit I was just watching the Heisenberg Fight
I hate how Ethan treats Salvatore, he is tring his best
@PRABHAT I agree
@PRABHAT Yes, but at least Ethan should be a bit more understandable with Moreau
He should’ve replaced something similar to the body parts so he will never worry
Damn I feel bad for him, his speech was friendly
Its like a mix of Lisa Trevor from Resident Evil Remake and Gwoemul from The Host, pretty cool
And a pilgrim from Dark Souls, and a character from Bloodborne
Ethan is in a shonen anime tournament arc
I physically leaned back when Moreau was right at Ethan's face.
4:50 I was half expecting Ethan to say "Fuck, you got shit on my shoes!"
Love how ethan asked moreau what was wrong with him when he's clearly in pure agony right infront of his eyeballs guess not having a head really sucks 🤣
I cant help but feel bad for him, he lives in a shanty harbour while the others have amazing places. He just wants the others to respect him. Mother Miranda truly is evil and she has corrupted this poor soul. He even tries to hold his true form in.. "Why mother.. why?"
Ethan is much more in a good mood in this game, always making a joke every time he kills a lord in the game
Even though I felt sorry for him, he can go with pride knowing his encounter was the one I died to the most.
I think Moreau is cute. Very weird looking but he's the least evil out of all of the lords! And the least loved too.....poor guy
11:40 is that Moreau sobbing? 😭
😭
This is some bloodborne tier monster here.
Looks like something you’d find in bloodbornes fishing hamlet
More like Lovecraftian. But to be honest Bloodborne was heavy influenced by Lovecraft too.
@@joran_4338 REALLY??? I thought it was inspired by fucking Harry Potter
@@CelestialCimmerian Harry Potter has some Lovecraft too.
"I don't wanna die!"
"Why do you hate me?"
"Don't look at me in that way!"
Me, watching this all go down: *sobbing internally*
Man I wish Ethan spared him, he could have helped him. He wasn’t even bad he was just bullied into submission by the others
Yeah I feel the same way. Fighting him feels like attacking some poor abused unloved child that just wants someone to care about him. I felt bad for Eveline in RE7 now I have to feel bad for Moreau in RE8. the cycle continues 😞😞😞
Work with the disfigured monster who’s the most loyal lord to Miranda, and aided in the experiments on Ethan’s daughter and the entire town? Best end for Moreau was death- the guy was visibly in physical pain.
@@insertname1607 but you gotta admit that would be interesting story where Ethan instead gives him respect and instead of attacking he stalls letting you escape after a bit perhaps seeing how Heisenberg acts to try and understand this new treatment maybe after the fight he can lead you to Miranda and he perhaps explains himself and shows how he even though the most monstrous of the lords is still human perhaps being killed by Miranda to help Ethan escape allowing him to die being able to know kindness but also see himself as more then just a tool
Awww poor moreau... He just want his mother to love him...
Salvatore Moreau:“Help me,mother!”
The Dunwich Horror:“Help me,father!”
the way his voice gets deep still scares me to this day
They weren't even trying to be subtle about how much this boss fight looks like the creature from the South Korean movie "The Host"
0:50 🎵baby back baby back baby back, chili's baby back ribs 🎵
I love all the people saying they feel bad for Moreau, an evil being that helped play a part in the dismembering of an infant and their kidnapping just to impress his mom. Like can we get some genuine down to earth perspective here.
I don’t think he had anything to do with the process that dismembered Rose. I remember reading in a journal that he was surprised when Mother Miranda gave him a “Rose Jar” like he was the last of the lords to know anything. Not saying he was good, but compared to the others there was more humanity to him.
@@blitzofwar5435 Did you also read the files about him forcing Cadou parasites into at least 5 peoples tummies and experimenting on them? He looked like what he was, a dumb disgusting monster of a half man.
This is not a black and white situation bro. Sure, he committed atrocities, but he wasn't inherently and originally bad. Give some credit where it's due.
@@dmin5782 Ok................Point out one good deed this guy ever did. I will wait.
@@tolkienist7905 dude he was kidnapped as a child
ethen could of left without him noticing stealing the jar.
Imagine just one line of dialogue and Chris could explain everything.
I kinda wish there’s an cutscene where he turn normal and the game let u spare him and then he ran off into the jungle
Fun fact: the man who voices Moreau is also the same voice actor that voices Lucas from resident evil 7.
Ethan is the prequel to the Doom Slayer.
Damn you, Ethan. Calling Moreau a freak like that.
Scariest part for me was the inventory management at 6:41 - Terrifying!!!
something interesting I found is that in his humanoid form his torso was the mutated part but in his fish form his tong was a mostly normal torso and his lower half a whole fucking fish
The first person perspective really put me on edge. This reminds me not to play any horror games like this lol
"I've been saving this" *misses completely*
Honestly, his defeat/death must have been an act of mercy for him. He’s is in constant pain all day long and he uncontrollably and unwillingly mutates into a painful and horrible monster quite often as well. On top of this, he is obviously neglected by not only the other lords, but Mother Miranda as well. You can actually feel sorry for the guy to some degree. It seems he was at the wrong place and at the wrong time when Miranda experimented on him. He was obviously a lonely man in desperate need of attention or validation, so he risked his life because he probably had given up.
The fact that he said "If you take it the others will laugh at me" he is just trying hes best to fit in although he experimented on innocent people
But still tho all he wants is to mother Miranda to love him.
I'll be honest. Despite his depressing character story that really makes you feel for him, I couldn't help but die laughing when he transforms, jumps out of the water, and yells "I AM THE BEST!" It was the first time in any RE game that my own laughter got me killed. And its the same reason Moreau is my favorite of the 4 lords.
