  • Hi, everyone~
    Today, I'll share one of meals I make frequently for my son.
    These rice balls are easy to make and usually kids can finish without making the table too messy.
    Although it's made with everyday ingredients, kids love the idea of having everyday meal in a different way.
    ----------------------------------------------------
    Minced pork 120g
    Garlic 1/2 clove
    Onion, Carrot and Green onion - just a little bit of each

    What’s the exact measurements of the ingredients like the rice? Thank you!

    • @YetAnotherMeal
      @YetAnotherMeal  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The (cooked) rice was about 250g, 120g of minced pork, 1/2 garlic clove and just a little bit of other vegetables of your choice should work 🙂

      @@YetAnotherMeal is the vinegar for flavourful or does it serve another purpose. Excuse my ignorance this is the first time I am looking into these for some ideas for my kids lunch. Also it can be done without seaweed

    Do I have to use nori?

    • @YetAnotherMeal
      @YetAnotherMeal  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No you don't have to but it's much better when you add dried seaweed in my opinion 🙂
