Hi JC & Nat, I am not one to comment frequently, but after the rains, any place normally looks like that, so don't feel out of place; it is normal for Thailand. I have dropped you an email for you to read. Cheers, and have a good day.
Great to see you today, looks like you have a lot of work to do. I don’t share what we are doing on TH-cam but understand the direction you’re going in. Maximizing land return has been our main objective and the starting point was to build the infrastructure to support this, it’s taken five years of hard graft and investment but done now. Priorities are based on climate, soil conditioning and water distribution, these are workable engineering fixes and achievable. The only comment I will make is that it takes commitment, money and a lot of time. Come and see what we have done, it may help you with what you want to achieve.
You should let somebody keep it a little bit more tidy unless you want a snake paradise. The fire hazard is also something that can be problematic if it spread. We have someone chop and drop the grass and weeds every second month on our farm. And then they get the ripe fruit as well.
Nature will always take over if permitted. A lot of hard work needed.

nice video. I'd be inclined to put a smoke alarm in the property before I slept there. Cheers from a Buriram neighbour
Looks like an eyesore compared to the neighbor farm. Maybe you should rent it to them. They are afraid it becomes a cobra haven.
I'd like to get bigger property to grow veggies and fruits, too.
I wish creators would tab videos when they get to the point.
