Amazing. Lera is an unsung musical hero. One of my favourite singers-songwritters. I got hooked with "The Only Thing Worth Fighting For" and all the tracks she contributed to the second season of "True Detective". Then I was lucky enough to discover all of her music. This beautiful song is just another reminder of her talent, imagination and creativity. 🥰👍👍

I feel it is about going within ourselves, into our own unexplored territory. The light fading away is like going into the deep wilderness of our souls. And in this venture we don't need to know what we are looking for. The important part is just going there. Let the light fade away in your own exploration of who you are.
And feel into the music. It has its own deep message.

Your voice is a wonderful combination of Annie Haslam (Renaissance) and Joni Mitchell, where you pass from an earthy to a near classical voice…a combination I’ve never heard done before…I heard about you through Michael as well.
