I think it's "došli su gosti* da oglođu kosti". An interpretation may be that the guests came to eat all the food. or consume all the resources.

Došli su Goti da oglođu kosti ... it sounds like a final kick in the teeth, like when something really bad happens and an enemy turns up to offer false sympathy.
