What a blast to go four wheeling with a bunch of like minded four wheeling friends that just want to have fun in the snow. Great video. Keep having fun folks!!! I have a '47 CJ2A that loves the mud, rocks and snow!!! Keep up the great work!!!
Anyone one else get this video suggested after watching a bunch of guys from Cali in their Rubicons go get stuck? All the tech in the world don't make up for skill. Gotta love these older rigs, and those Yotas are SWEET!!!
Holy geez!! These guys actually know how to wheel!!!! As opposed to some of the ones on TH-cam who just mash the pedal and scream the engines for no reason!!
Damn that looks like you boys had some fun. Driving in that takes some skill, everyone there came out with a little more experience at the end and it showed. Thanks for sharing.
Had a 79 ramcharger steering column squeaky just like yours. Replace the bushing up by the steering wheel problem solved. But its easier to swap out colums than it is to break down the column and replace the bushings or bearings in it
I had a 1980 toyota like that, big ford's, and chevy's were always getting pulled out by it. My father called it a half of a truck, he was with me one day I pulled a F350 out the mud in the strip mines with that Lil yoda. He had nothing more to say about it.
I live in Massachusetts and when I was young my sister’s boyfriend had a jeep and would do the rally’s and I went a few times down the cape off roading and it awesome. Who wouldn’t love the snow I had a truck made through 3’ of snow so much fun
Great trucks and great tires, which tire seems to do best? They all look like their doing well, iroks, toyos, mtrs, or the pitbulls? The mastercrafts didnt seem like winners in the snow.
@@BCSummit right on, currently have a set of 37x14.5r15 toyo mt on my chevy, haven't thought about cutting since I dont know how the cops in my area would be about it
Man, that doesn't look like a good time. It's like a clean, nonstop mud hole. I've never tried it though. I live in the south. Slime covered rocks here.
Loose the snatch straps and buy a good energy tow rope. You will pull each out with ease and its easier on the equipment. Yea yea i know everyone has a 30 strap in there truck.
I have a built 1 ton squarebody suburban twin locked with 4.56 and 38s. I really would like to be a part of the convoy. I live on coastal oregon. Is there a FB group? Or I can give my info
Jessip Hult we are just a bunch of friends out for a good time! Add me on Instagram and Dirty_wheeler_productions. And dm me. When you wanna make a trip we can all go up
Mac Clark I would like to invite you on a snow run over here on the 28th of this month. La grande Oregon. Go ahead and show up with your 7.50 wides and educate me and all my buddies on how to snow wheel please! We would love to pull you out!
Swampy I’ve wheeled on tires from old bias 10.5 wide buckshot, to a 12.50 wide Mickey, to a bias 15.5 wide tsl to now bias 18.5 boggers on beadlocks and most of my outings are recovery in the snow. I can see your point with the G503 but the point of those rigs are to be featherweight. You’re comparing it to 70s fords, dodges that outweigh those jeeps two or three times. My rigs a 76 f150 on one tons and the best performance I’ve ever had is low gears and tall, fat tires. I follow a few of these rigs on Instagram and they seem to do just fine!!
What you guys need is 'MORE FLOATATION'. You have a choice, either use much wider tires, or simply build something that will clamp onto the sides of your existing tires, like clamp on another rim with another similar-sized tire, onto the existing tire, only to be used at low speeds when in the deep snow, then you remove it when you are driving at higher speeds on the highway. And on all tires = air down to 8 to 10 psi when on the snow, no more than that.
Christopher Mirabile don’t work. In some of these clips were in over 4 foot of snow. Tire chains would dig and and we would be screwed. Bigger tires and more flotation.
Funny looking these comments from people who has never been in snow deeper than a foot. Please put into perspective that the tires are at or above 40s... your puny chains or stock vehicles wont go no where.
Zodar # yeah... sorry you had to take the time out of your day to bash a video that was brought to you free of charge. I hope 2020 treats you well! Happy New Years!

Great video, impressive rigs, and excellent trail footage. Nice job!

As soon as I heard Tyler children's I knew you boys were good people!
Sweet cut on the Big Red Ford's tires, that and the apparent 1psi air got him everywhere!

Oh I miss the old days 1981 up north Michigan driving through the woods in 3 ft of fresh snow!!

With some of these stucks...wouldn't it be useful to have electric winches, like maybe on back bumpers or front?

Love the hood ornament
what air pressure are you running in snow like this?
gumzehh we are all at different psi. Most at a pound or 2
@@BCSummit yea okay, was going to say the bulge does not show in the video and many people make the mistake of running 15+ on the snow
@@BCSummit BTW loved the video, something to keep me going until it starts to snow here in Iceland
Is that Tyler Childers you got playing ?
hellfromthetop of course man!
What exhaust is on that rainbow looking yota.
Caleb Bennett I think it’s stock but it comes out the side of the bed. It lo has a turbo
@@BCSummit Sounds pretty good.

I Love Red One. Great
Where is the wheel spin low power truck most

Deep snow, you don't want to dig. You wanna float on top
That music was killing me, I shut er down 24 min in. Looks like ya had fun.
I actually had to stop watching at 12 min. Because no one in the group had 7:50 x16’s to educate the rest of the field.
