Sam don’t let arthritis own you man.👌 Don’t be afraid to take Doctors advice. I’ve got it every part of my body. My thumb fingers hand and wrist on my right have been really painful over the last couple last couple of months and unusable . Normally my guitar playing is little but as often as I can . I would say only have a break if it’s impossible to play.👍
I am not a fan of taking medication. The only thing I ever take is 500mg of Aspirin. It eases my inflammation of my joints, mainly my wrists as I am 63 and playing a couple hours a day. Best of luck, Sam, but see about reducing your internal inflammation and you may feel better.
