20:32 What Bobby Allison said is what I say about it now. But I have to say that I am grateful that I grew up in the 90's and was able to watch the sport grow and really get to see it in its heyday. It's just very different now, not all the way in a good way.
I love NASCAR. I so envy you being able to see all these wonderful things. I'm a big Jeff Gordon fan. Rest in peace Davey Allison. I love the painting of Bill Elliot. Thank you for showing one of Jeff Gordon's cars. Can't talk about NASCAR without mentioning Richard Petty. He's done a lot for the sport. Thank you so very much for going here and showing us around. Take care.
The most exciting and dangerous raceway. I love watching races at this speedway. I almost hold my breath the last laps knowing there is going to be a big one. Thanks for showing this museum. I didn't even know there was one there.
Many thanks Jordan and Trey for this entertaining and interesting tour. The exhibit featuring the crashed cars really did bring home how much these amazing individuals risk when they get behind that steering wheel.
My favorite race track of all time. Went to both races there for years. Also did the Richard Petty driving experience there. I rode with an instructor, 184 mph. Nothing like it. The museum is awesome too. Enjoyed the vlog Jordan ❤
Thank you Jordan! Great video. All the crashed cars really show how horrific it is when they crash. I remember Rusty doing his big end over flipped 5 times I think then gets out. And my racer, Dale, who everyone said caused it running over to him and giving him his glove he had found on the track! That's what really gets me about Dales fatal crash. It didn't look so bad yet he was gone. Sad day for me and all Earnhardt fans!
I’m glad you finally made it here to tour it. The Richard Petty photo op car was a simulator, you could sit in it and watch a video of a lap around Talladega but it broke and was removed
The background music is killing me, lol. H&O and the Pet Shop Boys, and Berlin so far. Always wanted to visit, so thanks for the ticket 😂 next time when you do the speedway tour, schedule a test drive experience too!
I love that you have become a low key NASCAR fan, Jordan! You should vlog an actual day at a Cup Series race sometime!!! Then you'll really be hooked!!! (If you do go, make sure to rent a scanner and you can listen to the teams, drivers, and even the officials communicating live in time!)
The 43 car was part of a video game. The car was placed in front of a screen that had a horizon chase type game with Talladega, Daytona, Sears Point and Watkins Glen.
I wish u would vlog Ray Steven's. He's a singer, writes his own music. Most of his songs are messages for us or uncle sam..they are funny and clean. His videos are the best. My two favorite songs are The Streak. Everything is beautiful.
11:22 he actually won the Daytona 500 in 2003, too so this COULD be the car that won that rain shortened race but you'd think it'd have a plaque if so.
Dale didnt make his own seats, but he did insist on installing his own seat because he was over 6 ft tall and wanted to ensure he could be comfortable for a whole race. Many NASCAR drivers have been pilots. Dale Earnhardt most notably, and I think Chase Elliott is also now. Jack Roush, legendary car owner was also a pilot, and crashed into a lake near the track while flying an experimental plane to a race weekend.
If you look at the Kevin Harvick car beside Davey Allison's car in the 1st building, you can see how twisted the body is. Also, if you look at the Alan Kulwicki's car, it has Underbird on the front.
Darrell Waltrip and Dale Earnhardt did not like each other at first. There was the fight too between Bobby and his brother in 1979 after the finish of the 1979 Daytona 500
That is the car Michael won the 2003 EA Sports 500 with you can tell that because of the roof hatch that was put in the car. Michael popped out of it to celebrate the win and do his victory lane interview. This isn't the Daytona 500 car.
@@lauradougherty8426 if you want to see some of that in racing, check out the Isle of Man TT. This year's race was the only one since it started back in the 1900s that no rider or spectator was killed.
Hello Mr. Trey. Good to see you again. I have realy missed seeing you. Really enjoyed this volg Mr. Jordan. I use to watch racing and a big fan but since they went woke, not anymore !!!! I believe NO political CRAP should be in sports period. Leave it at home or at the door as the saying goes !! I use to be a Bush fan, Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt. And a fan of others racers too. I miss it but I don't want the political CRAP !! Safe travels and adventures Mr. Jordan and Mr. Trey. God's speed.

This is what my husband and I watch on Sundays.. no football, no baseball. But racing.. thanks for the tour Jordan. Be safe out on the road.
And you watch it with him? So, it's not a myth, women really do that?
@@TallapoosaHellraiser. yes. Been to many races in person lol
@Blessedbyadoption wow, this is like a game changer for me.

One museum I've been to in Knoxville, Iowa, national sprint car museum, great place

The Waltrip Kool-aid car from Bristol I've stood at several times and shook my head...
They do randomly open the motor coach, I was there in April and got to walk through it!
11:22 he actually won the Daytona 500 in 2003, too so this COULD be the car that won that rain shortened race but you'd think it'd have a plaque if so.
It was most definitely a superspeedway car due to the lack of all the air duct inlets on the nose.
# 3 Forever The Man

Big fan of nascar and always wanted to see the museum I was part of harry gants fan club
Hey Jordan just an FYI the white Davey Allison car was his rookie year car
Terry Labonte was my favorite ❤️
Dales wife was more than just the wicked witch of Nascar 😮
On Michael Waltrip's Bristol crash car, you can see the needle on the tach is bent.
Darrell Waltrip and Dale Earnhardt did not like each other at first. There was the fight too between Bobby and his brother in 1979 after the finish of the 1979 Daytona 500
They open dales 1994 bus for tours during nascar talledega cup race weekends.
It be cool if they had Elvis's race car from Speedway
Just a quick comment red farmer still races across the street at the dirt track

Earnhardt was the man. What's the link to your rcr video

@DazewithJordantheLion thank you
It has not changed much from when I was there in 2009.
Marvin Gaye playing in a museum...hilarious
New NASCAR sucks. It has no balls
