Informative video Danny 🤯🥳. Despite being a personal pc builder for over 20 years … you gave free advice here and the tube heat variance in an AIO was something I didn’t know about when an AIO was failing 😇👍. As an AIO user and custom water cooler (since Athlon XP CPUs) I’ve always made sure I’ve had at least 1 compatible HSF cooler (I keep 2 due to multiple rigs 😋) on hand for AIO emergencies 😇👍💪. With the low costs ($15-30) associated with buying a Snowman / Deep Cool etc cooler, it’s a wise investment to buy one and keep in the drawer to eliminate down time, especially for work related PCs 😇🥳
My AIO is definitely not working well😂 80°C in 3DMark Timespy CPU test on a Ryzen 3600 cooled by a 280mm Corsair AIO that is 7 years old. I'm definitely going air cooling next!
I have an aio that when is on normal rpm (800) is overheating when i open the computer (starts 72-96⁰C). When is on full speed fans (1800) rpm is ok 30-35⁰C and gaming 45⁰C. What's the problem??
Jus bought my pc a year ago maybe 3 months of heavy usage and after feeling the tubes one is insanely hot one is room temp this is the exact aio in my pc I have this exact problem pc used to play good now has high spikes and gets so slow I have to turn it off
Awesome video my and 7950 x3d started to studded recently then last few days keeps shutting off after gaming a few hours now its not turning on at all Going to go this route w air cooled
I am running unigen heaven right now My cpus ideal temp is around 40-45 But on unigen heaven running its like same 45-46 Is my aio cooler still alive and working? I have 2gb gpu and i5 13400
My aio is failing I'm getting 46c on idle and will randomly hit 58c and will drop again. I did a stress test on the cpu and the max temps is 90c but won't go over that.
Hi I’m running a ryzen 9 5950x and a 3070 with an AIO cooler. I have noticed that my pc starts lagging. Not too badly no blue screens but the frames drop whilst playing RISK. Just like you mentioned I tried monitoring, and exited the game only to see that even with no stress sitting at the desktop I had 59 C and even tho I tried pumping up the fans it still stayed there. Is my cooler dead ?
I was gonna make a video on this pretty soon since I just did best air coolers, but I’ll give ya the little inside scoop. Go for the Arctic Liquid Freezer III. It comes in tons of different styles and colors
Im wondering if my aio is failing. Idle at 32-36 , while gaming at once human the temps go from 60 to 70 to 80 and even to 90-95..... I changed my motherboard recently and maybe by reinstalling my aio I did something wrong.
my aio build was working perfectly fine for a long time. after recently moving to another state my cpu is overheating and pushing 100c at idle. i checked fittings and nothing is loose, and the pump fan is spinning. anyone have any ideas?
After hearing the Problem with the NZXT H1 Case which i also have make me worrie so much.. my GPU also goes to like 96° and i dont really have space for a bigger Case so im not sure what i will do now. (PC wasnt build by me). Which Air Cooler can i build into my NZXT H1 Case?
You can’t. They are designed specifically for that custom AIO. I had mine go out twice and had to get NZXT to send a new one th-cam.com/video/mmpCZNF8xLQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=nh5gQWuc6HHZ99xZ
@@DannysTechChannel I have a Ryzen 5 5600. From what I read, it seems that only core 0 temp or the hottest core is reported in Core Temp for Ryzen chips(?). Kinda strange. HWiNFO64 reports temps for all 6 of my cores.

@@DannysTechChannel Thanks for the advice. I have already made sure that there are no backround tasks happening. The biggest one is icue. I have also reseated my cooler and i even undervolted, but nothing seems to help. I am confused why my underload temperatures are fine, but my idles are high. I am getting worried
The most helpful vide I’ve watched after watching like 50 vids on why my cpu is overheating.

absolutely helpful, i didnt know how to check until this vid. Thanks!
Always happy to help! Thanks for stopping by 👊
The on-screen monitoring program is not MSI Afterburner. It's called RivaTuner.
True. It comes with afterburner so it’s the easiest way to use it
Hey Dan, did you ever make a video where you show how to remove a liquid cooler and install an air cooler?
I don’t think I have a dedicated video like that. I’ve done it a few times but never filmed it from A to Z
Thanks bro My Problem Has been Solved for installing Air Cooler My AMD 7300X CPU is Going Over heat 102°C Thanks This Video is Very Helpful For me

What brand of AIO do you recommend?
Lately I’ve favored DeepCool and Arctic. Hyte is about to come out with there new AIO that I’m excited to check out, as well.

What kind of AIO is it? Sounds like it’s on its last leg

Could be. Feel the tubes while the PC is on. If one is super hot, it’s probably clogged
@@DannysTechChannel thanks so much for the reply !

Sounds like a poor mount on the CPU. I’d wipe the thermal paste off and redo it

Core Temp only shows my core 0 temperature. Not that helpful.
I’ve had that before too. There is a fix for it. Just Google search it

Like I said, HWinfo is much more detailed. Core temp is simplistic. Easy to use but not the strongest program.

lol gotcha. Might be background tasks going on. I’ve seen those temps with some builds I’ve done on AM5. You can try reseating the cooler or repasting
