If he got life without parole, then he gets no parole. I don’t think they said he will get parole after 30-40yrs, I think the prosecutors were saying to sentence him to life without parole instead of life with parole so the family doesn’t have to worry about him getting out after 30-40 years.

Can we stop COMPLAINING about how because he got life in prison that now we’re paying for him to live out the rest of his life in some island resort where he an all you can eat buffet, a beautiful cabin with king sized bed, and unlimited beach time all covered by our tax dollars. I get, nobody wants to support a killer. But even if he got the death penalty, he’d still be in the same exact prison getting the same exact meals and a bed and a cell for DECADES all covered by the same tax dollars. Plus we have to pay for all his appeals and legal expenses. And I’m sure they’d make him work just like every other prisoner paying him Pennies per hour to make license plates. But at the end of the day, just because you get the death penalty doesn’t change anything. Death penalty recipients aren’t immediately carted off to the needle room or guillotine. Like just stop.
