I do believe this. I’m 70 now. I healed myself of cancer before I was 30. Used a holistic approach to do this. It was a gift to remind me to change & to move forward & it radically changed my life. I am still very connected to thoughts & feelings and uniting them with the spiritual self (higher self). We are balancing our 4 selves ( physical, mental, emotional & spiritual until the moment we die.

There are negative entity's on this earth, even though it's not talked about or sounds crazy, there are forces beyond our "reality" that manipulate by lowering our vibration and controlling using fear. Yes, I'm talking reptilian and similar negative low vibrational beings... I know, it sounds crazy, I've thought the same up until recently. I don't think people are ready to know what reality really is, we can only see visible light frequency range which is less than 1% of what actually exists

Why doesn't he have a video or book explaining how this works? Dr. Joe Dispenza is the only person I know who provides numerous testimonials demonstrating the effectiveness of these methods.
To be honest... no one really knows where our thoughts actually come from. All that scientists in the world do know is that our brains are more like receivers and as far as thoughts... there is no actual consistent proof as to where they come from.
Science even proves thoughts and emotions do not effect anything. I love seeing all of these fools who claim thoughts and emotions create reality and they all have the most messed up lives
