Main goal of these video concept ideas:
My main goal for these kind of videos is to be as creative as possible!
Let me explain:
- Firstly, my very first channel Mixeli (But also my latest one Volipok) post tons of Gameplays from Every Generation (Which once again was played and recorded by myself in it's entirety. It took me many years of works.)
My video have Educational Value and let me explain why: It does provide help to the user who watch the video. One of the few example for that is which musics is played from my gameplays. It could easily be found on video cards (The exclamation mark "!" you see on the video above at the right) and vice versa. (This mean that on this video for example, you could also find my actual battle gameplays of where this music is played)
- Secondly, My video are transformative enough, I took the time to play the game and recording the musics. I took the time to improve it's original quality using Vegas Pro. Thanks to a program called "Track EQ" that you can find on Vegas Pro.
This program allow the user to enhance it's original quality and further improving it. This need concentration as each version has different audio quality.
- Thirdly and as you have noticed: On each Generation, I use different background that I bought on a website called Shutterstock. (Which I have bought at least 336 pictures background, just so I can become as creative as possible and also work on a lot of different style using those background)
This kind of concept was created by myself since 2011. Today it has become one of the main concept of my channel that I personally created.
- Lastly is to bring the community together. I have noticed that so many people are commenting and giving their opinions on the video, sharing their experience about characters from the game, confirming theory, saying funny stuff and I find this extremely amazing and interesting! I don't want their comment to be unnoticed so I have plan for the future of my content about commenting and sharing their experience on videos that I will produce one day!

This theme is amazing. I grew up with pokemon Ruby and didn't get to play Sapphire (or emerald) until much later, so Maxie was my primary antagonist, and this theme has always stuck with me.
I always associated it with Archie for the same reason lol
I started way back in the day with Blue version, and Johto is my favorite, but.. this theme stuck with me hard. Literally hit me in the feels then, and I come back every so often so I can hear it again.

Yea when this theme played and I hear it ,im like uh oh ,sounds like I got myself in some serious shit...crobat wings attack my Blaziken critical hit of course. His crobat actually gave me. Ahard time a couple times..with that 130 speed stat.. he would give my Blaziken big problems

this one feels like it's slowly building momentum and suspense, while the remake goes bloody insane after the first few seconds
that's a good way to put it, i never realized quite why i didn't like the remaster
@@FaraFellow I mean, it just sounds like a faster and more subdued version of the remake. All the remake did was add more orchestral instruments and make it sound more imposing which to me sounds better. It sounds like neither Maxie or Archie is backing down and going all out, pulling no punches. It just sounds more climatic than this one, not that this one is bad by any means

After playing ORAS, I am so glad the changes were made. These guys will always bring up the nostalgia, but damn, they look different.

I was bit dissapointed myself.
Their theme along with Regi theme felt less imposing also these two were so cartoonish in Oras they could actually make Team Rocket feel intimidating.
Maybe it is because i grew up because i felt that these two were imposing villains but i sure feel like Oras wasn't as good of "remake" as Heartgold and Soulsilver were.

Gen 3 honestly, despite the initial reception, was the beginning of the Golden Age of Pokémon Games. Between the updated main series games and the remakes, introducing Pokémon Ranger and Mystery Dungeon as well as Collesium and XD Gales of Darkness, it exploded for the best...
Oh, and that TV Pokémon game came out too, I guess.

They did! In the background of the Groudon/Kyogre battle themes you can hear GBA sounds. Listen closely and you’ll definitely hear it.

This song is so awesome for the mood, especially in the game when you reach the cave and once you stumbled upon Groudon, or Kyogre, you are stopped by Maxie or Archie and are challenged to a battle, that's when this battle gets down to who gets to keep Groudon or Kyogre... Let the match decide!!! Bam this song plays NAILED IT!!
And after that Maxie/Archie says something like "lol im not gonna stop at this moment like other pokemon games" and awakens Groudon/Kyogre
The brass that comes in at 0:14 makes it sound like a stand tune I'd play in marching band at a game and I am all here for it.

this one has no edge over the oras version which is much more intense grand satisfying and epic. this one is boring and sticks to the same tune the entire song. if u prefer this song u either have no taste in music or have a serious hearing problem

The Great Oz The ORAS version multiplies the trumpets by like 100. It's fair if nostalgia is the reason to prefer this version, as long as you say that. Because musically, the ORAS remake is a massive improvement. It is much higher quality, has guitars, a nice drop, and an awesome drum and bass beat.

When playing emerald as a kid and getting into battles with Archie or Maxie I just sat there, holding the gba up to my ears for god knows how long before I forced myself to finish the battle.
This gen is like the ONE gen that I feel the third version is necessary for. The Weather Trio needs to be together, You can't just have Groudon OR Kyogre. You need BOTH! It's why it's so hard to choose between Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire. Where's my Delta Emerald?! Also the way Grovyle looks in gen 6 as I saw in the ORAS Demo was awful. POOR GROVYLE! MUH BOI WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO YOU!

You know, it's been forever since I played these games, and I just now realized that there might be some narrative significance as to why these guys share the same battle theme.
Think about it - despite the fact that they hate each other and claim to be at opposite ends of the ideal spectrum, they're both essentially doing the same thing.
That's what the game's telling us - "Same shit, different asshole."

This theme works so well for both of them because Maxie has the trumpets witch make the theme sound more western inspired and for Archie it has the bass which gives that surfer vibe
That moment when you realise UltraSun and UltraMoon will be reusing this along with Cyrus and Ghetsis (first theme) but now on the 3ds's superior sound quality.

From a design point, Maxie is better in the original and Archie in the remake. However, in both versions they're awesome.
That's my opinion though, and both themes sound great, original and remake, perfect for their times.

I'd say it depends on your version, tbh. I played Alpha Sapphire, and Maxie's design worked for him when he is acting as an ally. As a villain, however, I prefer his original design. The scientist vibe kinda works against him as the bad guy, as it makes it harder to believe that he, a supposedly quite intelligent man, would want to dry up the planet. Archie, however, I feel the exact opposite. I completely believe that a guy who dresses like a pirate, wears a wetsuit 24/7 and wears a gigantic golden chain around his neck would be crazy enough to try and flood the entire world. In Omega Ruby, however, he is supposed to come across as the more sensible of the two, which just seems unlikely when looking at their designs. Still, I like both designs of the both of them.
However, that's all just my opinion.
