    Alex, even if you did not hit your target, those are still great serves!😀😀

    Absolutely love this! I’m going to watch over and over again and practice all of these until I get the serve I desire. Thanks!!!

    I've been wondering what to do with the legs. Now, I'm going to intimidate yours, from the stance until the landing. I can see the progression clearly. It seems it is done systematically and it looks really cool.

    Awesome video!! Any reccomendations for people with pain in the knees? I’m not old I’m 17 but I almost can’t always get my leg drive because from playing too much tennis my knees hurt really bad not sure if it’s like patella tendon or jumpers knee. Constant problem for me though it hurts when I sprint too. It’s right below the knee cap I hit serves in the 90s and I think low 100s and I feel that I’m held back by this knee problem

      Fix posture. Learn posture, this takes years, no professional can do it for you. Learn what’s wrong with your posture and do not exceed your bodies ability

      Could be Iliotibial band syndrome too. I have similar pains and impact. Overall must be some type of tendinitis. First advice would be to go with a orthopedist. Most likely you'll need to strengthen some muscles, to do better warm up and cool down, perhaps hot/cold therapy and yes... rest. Good thing you are young, with proper care you'll be great soon; in my 40s it's taken me years 😅 though now that I think about, haven't done anything I just said, so there's hope!😝

    Ivo used to serve with a 2-finger grip and I have found with 3-fingers its often better than a full grip. On kick serves though its not the case. Out of interest though Alex, what is your fastest serve speed?

    • @TopTennisTrainingOfficial
      @TopTennisTrainingOfficial  ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Yes keeps it a lot more loose! Yes on kick serves it can fly out of your hand. My fastest serve was 132mph in 2010 😁

    Using balls to drive over is a good way to have a catastrophic injury. Use something that you can land on safely.

    Can you please do a video on the biometrics of the ball toss? And I'm not talking about the standard instruction of keeping your arm straight, not using the joints wrist elbow etc.. because I do all that but my toss is still all over the place. My toss is inconsistent in terms of hight, place, point of release etc..Also, I can't seem to toss the ball without it spinning in the air. I have seen many videos addressing the serve mechanics but the toss doesn't seem to get its fair share. If the toss is not there, then all else don't matter. Thank you.
