good video, i use herons from time to time, quite good quality food at cheap prices, pellets really good, i did find a lot of the flakes in one particular bag was all crushed, maybe just a rogue bag, but all else ok. update on my 3 sajica, all doing well, but they different size, one big one medium one small lol. cheers mate xx

Well done with the spawning , the Guianacara are lovely, I’ve been using herons for freeze dried blood worms and 4 sizes of freeze dried shrimps, my cichlids love them
