Fruity isn't my favourite category of fragrance, not by a long shot. However I ADORE The Different Company's 'Une Nuit Magnetique', Plume Impression's 'Rivalite Imperiale' and Kemi/Xerjoff's 'Aurum'. All of them have an unusual fruitiness which I love and so obviously highly recommend checking out. Loved hearing about YOUR recommendations here too. Always willing to ignore how things may look on paper and prefer to go by someone's personal description and then eventually my own experience-- sometimes it's beyond a 'pleasant surprise' and instead is a glorious shock.
I am not familiar with any of the fragrances that you listed.
I must say recently I enjoy fruity more and more. Obviously not in this sugary sweet, compot, soda version. But good fruity twist is really something that can bring a fragrance alive

Mmmmm smoked plummmmmm 🤤 Too true about Herbae too. I get a blackberry vibe from it. Yet to try their new Lavande Blanche. But I could definitely could go for a peach scent right about now! Almost the season. 🍑 Trying to rack my brain for a good apple scent too. FM's Promise and Al Haramain's Detour Noir come to mind, but I recently tried Apple & Aces from Genre Perfumes and was quite surprised. Juicy stuff. 🍎
For some reason I really don't enjoy apple in perfumes.

Unfortunaletly it might not be super easy to find it :( I got a pre-owned bottle, but if you get a chance, please try it, courious I you would like it :)

Thank you, Adamski :) Fruity is not an easy category, it can go pretty infantile and boring very easily.
I also get a petrichor smell from fig! Thanks for the video, Iga. I love that you talk about lesser known fragrances. That pear fragrance from Nicolaï sounds very appealing to me
Are you familiar with A la rose Homme by MFK? Angelys Pear is similar in character
@@pixieandthenotes I think I've only smelled Homme A La Rose on a tester strip once, so I can't recall what it smells like. I'll have to revisit it!
I am happy to see a new review from you Iga. Many of your fruity fragrances sound amazing. A number of these houses are not easy to get in 🇨🇦. I have sampled Amouage Sunshine and it's on my wish list. It's one I can get. I have heard that several Miller Harris fragrances are quite good, but the brand isn't sold through any retailer here. Would like to sample Rose & Dragon and several others on your list. I have Petite Cherie eau de toilette, which was a blind buy for me. It is quite uplifting in the top notes with the pear and grass. I find the dry down and base notes to be a bit disappointing on my skin as it tends to go a bit muddy. I think I will try to spray it on clothing and see if it performs better. I hope to see more from you soon! - Jenn
Well, Miller Harris isn't easily available here in Poland, as well. I am really happy to hear I got you interested in some of them. I was considerng getting Petit Cherie one day, but the only thing that is bugging me is that it seems to be quite fleeting on me. But maybe, indeed, spraying on fabric is the way to go with it. I had to wrack my brain for fruity scents I like…and a few finally came to mind. Gong from January Scent Project has a fantastic blueberry accord, for fig, I’d probably choose Fico Di Amalfi or Z Zegna Milan, and I’ve always had a soft spot for the BlackBerry woodiness of Ralph Lauren Purple Label. Thanks for the new video! A nice way to start my Sunday.
