  • This is a simplified version of the first half of the form, played without bringing the foot in for a closed Cat Stance and without lifting the leg where we typically would. Enjoy!
    Note: Keep your fingers closer together than mine are. Not tight. I'd been playing a lot of "Bird Wings Three Treasures" where my fingers are like birds' feathers!
