I was at 1968 show in Tokyo when the 750 was shown. It was on rotating display. We were stunned as there was nothing like it in the motorcycle world. I was on a 305 CL 77 scrambler on assignment in the USAF at the time. When got back to the US I bought blue green K0.

My favourite bike of all time. I've had many Hondas over the years including the CB750 ,CB550 and CX 500 and Varaderro are among my favourite bikes. But the CB 750 is still my number 1.

I had a 72 back in the day. Would love to have another one. In my opinion, the single OHC CB750 is best looking bike ever made!

I have to agree. The CB 750 series was the epitome of smoothness and engineering.

Very nice. Now then, I just might be joining the ranks of the CB 750/4 establishment on Saturday 7.1.23. I’ve saved up my pennies, put the deposit down, are travelling a very long way to go and seal the deal.
Can you possibly imagine what would happen if I wake up and find out it was all a dream?

I first saw the Honda CB 750 in late 1968 at the Tokyo motor show. I was assigned to Japan in the military and rode a CL77 305cc Honda Scrambler. The 750 was on a rotating pedestal with a crowd around it. We had never seen anything like it before -- four cylinders inline SOHC with a "disc brake." Amazing. I owned three of them -- staring with a 1970 K0. Don't ride any longer -- age 77. Rode a K1 later with a collector and BWM bars in Washington D.C. when assigned to the Pentagon. Wore a snowmobile suit riding in winter.

I just turned 70 ! omg where does the time go? I had a new one in 1972 in gold, after riding around on good old British steel for 5 years I saw the light but was hated by my mates, almost ostracized from my group, till I shot past them on the road flat out and the only one who didn't break down after a motorway blast to london and back to liverpool my home, haha what a freekin bike!

What a great event, congrats! The more I know about the Honda CB750 the more I want one to restore. It is amazing that even 50 years later these motorcycles still look and run so good. Must feel very proud to own these beautiful machines. Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed the video very much. All my best.

My dream bike!.. absolutely stunning I remember as a kid in the late 80s when they where just old bikes failing in love with their looks , candy paint and the sweeping chrome exhausts. Iv missed the boat now unfortunately my Mrs thinks that hollidays are more important 🙄

      Hi Joao,
I am from Germany and i collect and restore these nice CB fours since years...
In january I was in Madeira and found a beutiful island, fantastic. I rent me a BMW 800 to discover the island. It was great, even it was not a honda, which I normally would have prefered to ride.
Next December I plan to come back and It was nice to meet you and your friends and ride... Send me a pm or your tel.number and I will call you for these reason.
Check out my TH-cam channel: Ferenz1111 and you will know what I mean..
      Cheers Tom from Germany.

while i like this kind of support etc, on the other hand all this things would push cb 750 prices to the roof, same thing that happen with porches from 70ties or 890ties etc. they were nice classic machines to ride and drive and to have hobby with, now it's only to collect value in the garage, if anything. (i know , not all owners do that, but still). just personal opinion from guy, interested to get one for weekend hobby..

izoyt: that’s just the world we live in sadly.
As a “Fizzie” kid I progressed to the KH250 in 1976. In about 2005 I bought a Kawasaki H1-F for £1500. I sold it two years later having put a 1000 dry miles on it. I got £2000 for it. I thought “great I’ve done well, it was a nice bike, move on”.
Now (2020] that Kawasaki is worth £10K - £12K. As I said, the way of the world. And dare I say in these difficult times, disposable income.....
