Something gets horrible misconstrued here in the West when it comes to this fantastic cleanser. I strongly believe it's the combination of the word 'acnes', the green colour on the packaging and the word 'mentholatum'. To Westerners, this marketing fail brings together an image of harsh, stripping, astringent 'anti pimple' face washes from our youth mixed with a Vicks Vaporub 'menthol' feeling or smell. It's SUCH a great cleanser, even for reactive and sensitive skins. Gentle gel that foams, the smell of sweet lemon soda (not camphor, as feared even by me) and it leaves skin so soft and plush-- not tight. I hope something will happen to the branding to counter-act what I just highlighted because more people need to meet this product. It's great.
Hi Doc! Not sure if you are aware but there are some ingredients in the mentholatum products that are quite controversial such as parabens, sulfates, and fragrance. What do you think of these? Will these actually harm my skin or are they safe to use? Thanks a lot!!

Korea and Japan seem to get all the glory when it comes to social media and online praise of sunscreen. Australia has the world's best sunscreens-- and gets no recognition and praise on these skincare channels/social media. Instead it's bought and paid for 'influencers' and 20 year old girls rabbiting on about the Biore Aqua Gel they bought in Don Quijote or the Beauty of Joseon SPF they bought at Yesstyle blah blah. Some education about the Australian scientific industry and the sunscreen sector of product development and research would be great. Their extremely rigorous guidelines and testing would be good for people to be taugh about on these channels. Nobody is making videos to get the awareness and information out there, so there's a shamefully large empty canyon when it comes to integrity, character and industry knowledge when it comes to the beauty and skincare sector here online.

Casting a stupid question... == Why need of of those complicated ingredients esp.. The moisturizing factors mentioned when this product is just a cleaners... It does not stay longer unto the skin?? I know salicylic could help dissolve oil but is the moisturizing factors help to balance the drying effects of salicylic acid??
Moisturizing ingredients is too balance out the salicylic acid and other drying ingredients inside the cleanser I tried this cleanser and my face feels soft thanks to the moisturizing ingredients

listen girl , you are or maybe she , is 10 years old , but adapalene is antibiotic , its more suitable for severe acne , like cystic acne , but in this case , 10 years old is just the start of puberty world , so yeah its a teen acne , mostly because of oil production or other reason . So tak recommended . Guna antibiotics untuk acne yg degil not mild acne mcm teen acne
Sure I suggest use adapalene ( vitamin a ) for your acne bacause its have low risk irritation and not causes p. Acne resistance unlike antibiotics ( Clindamycin)
