Sri Matre Namaha, Amma, you need to do a small ritual everyday explained below: Take a black cloth cut the cloth into small piece, make a wick with that black cloth, tie some black sesame seeds to one end of the wick. Now take a clay deepam and put some sesame oil and keep the black wick in the oil. light the wick and keep looking at the fire with your eyes open. Keep the deepam on something so that the fire is straight when you are looking at the flame. While looking at the flame you are supposed to chant the below mantra: "Om Samagni Ragni bhiskara Schanna stapathu Suryaha Sam Vaa To Vaa Twarapaa apah Srithaha Saneeshwaraaya Namaha paahimaam rakshamaam" This ritual along with chanting of mantra will remove all the laziness and keep you active always.
