In the first sketch he should have just copied the shapes as you see them, extruded those shapes and then put a fillet on the top edges then the nice rotate and copy trick and you're done.

I have a question, whenever I try to launch fusion 360 after installation, an error appears on the screen and gives me the log file, any solution for this problem?, knowing that it was working just fine for me before.....
Follow the how to uninstall fusion instuction and use the uninstall tool and run as administrator. Then download a new install and also run as administrator. Since I didbthis fusion also auto updates and no longer stalls at 99%
Lars can you please help me sort out this issue that I am having with Fusion 360? I designed a tire rim & Fusion isn't letting me select a face to be able to extrude or use construct or what I'm trying to do is just select a flat face (and yes the face is definitely flat) & design a sketch on it. Once I open 'Create Sketch', Fusion wont allow me to select any face. I would try to see if I could create an offset plane from the face; if not, I would think something is wrong with that face. Could also try to do a tiny cut of the face planar and see if then it's possible. Maybe this is useful, maybe not. I need more coffee 😁

That chain is impossible to carve, as there was a vertical separation between the two chain links, when in reality, they should be touching.

Thanks mate , I'll try the path option as the ports are not symmetrical for mirroring.

I had the same type of problem with a similar part.
