Fastest I have ever been on one and (had a speedo at the same time for reference) was 16km/h, which when you are that close to the ground is pretty exciting.
@@jimmynswgr Thanks for replying to me. Yes, I think it would be exciting. My own estimate , looking at some videos , was somewhere between around 15 - 20 kph. It all looks like a fun experience.
@@emgee691yes it is. Especially with big driving wheels you can go quick. Just need long straight sections of track. There are a couple of good lengths at the Orange track where you can fang along.
@@dannyhowell2027 good stuff, if you are in Sydney, Sydney Live Steam at West Ryde is worth a visit. They run 3rd Saturday of the Month from 1pm. Going to be hot this Saturday, might be up in the air.

Matthew’s Park, Orange, NSW on the corner of Moulder and Anson Streets. Public running 2nd Saturday of the month from 1pm.
