This remake is a REBIRTH and a message from our ancestors to keep "Hope Alive" that is and is a reflection of Black Greatness that cannot be erased from History. Ive litterally been doing the same, saw it for a second time today and I’ve been watching all the interviews, binging on the soundtrack listening to the songs. Literally wishing I could have been in the movie lol 😂❤

I’ve already seen it twice. I love every version of this story. Now i’m binge watching interviews before my next matinee to see it a 3rd time.

This movie did Alex walker's book justice. I was not expecting for it to be this good. Excellent job to the entire cast.
