I think humanity's favorite pastime is not sports - it's making war.
Being "holy" is essential - that's what makes it worth fighting for. The holier it is, the more blood you have to spill to get it, and then you have to defend it against all the other bloodthirsty "holy warriors".
If you're flashing on a bunch of kids playing "king of the hill" then you're understanding this whole dynamic.

Caveat up front: This response does not advocate for Islamic-based terrorism nor does it advocate for Jewish-based extremism. Response to this documentary: As this documentary is supposed to represent a "Jewish" based resistance movement, you should use a future historical Jewish resistance group names that did exist, such as the Haganah, Irgun, and Lehi. The Haganah were known by the British occupation forces in Palestine, which occupied Palestine after pushing out the Ottomans with the help of the Arabs (i.e. Lawrence of Arabia, a British intel officer based in British occupied Egypt, helped to coordinate and inspire the Arabs to counter the Ottoman rule of the area), from 1917-Feb 1948. The Haganah were an unofficial militia of the Palestinian Jewish population, but the use of the word "Palestine" was loosely used, as the area also included Trans-Jordan (French occupied) which now is called Syria and Jordan, while "Palestine" is now Israel and Lebanon. Iraq and Iran were also incorporated with some of the Arab movement to oust the Ottomans, but that effort was more "up front" and included British forces (Army Air Force and ground forces), which would later become occupiers of the area and support British Petroleum and American oil Interests (Aramco) after World War II, would also settle in supporting the Shaw of Iran and Saudi Arabia (as the Americans learned how to do oil drilling in the Americas of the late 1800s), further entrenching American interests abroad in the Middle East. The Haganah existed and the British knew it, but it was a laze fair arrangement as the British and French forces didn't have the manpower to keep good security and the Haganah provided intelligence and a militia to "help". Later in the 1940's, as the British and French would be occupied dealing with the Germans, and then the French government capitulated with some French military siding with Germany, the British control became more tenuous, allowing some more extreme members of the Haganah to create the Irgun; apparently some of the Irgun went even more extreme and founded the Lehi. Within the Haganah, by 1941, there were three groups or "divisions" called the Hish, the Him, and the Palmach. The Hish and Him were considered "ok" by British occupation standards of conduct because they were "above ground" and were helping do some legitimate tasks supporting the British, while the Palmach was the "secret" third division, working in the "underground resistance" saving up weapons, cash, food, etc. so when the British finally pulled out in 1948, the Haganah had a reserve force ready to resist Arab attempts to land-grab...they would prove instrumental in the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. The Americans and Russians both recognized Israel in the first United Nations Security Council meeting with the Russians thinking (wrongly) that by allowing their Jewish citizenry to flee to the new Israel, they'd be able to let go potential trouble makers; the British did the same thing. Between 1941 and 1948, the Irgun and Lehi were conducting hit-and-run strikes and conducting asymmetric warfare against the British. The British in kind would round up people and send them to the Seychelles in internment camps, similar to what they did to the Boers during the Boer War, incensing the Jewish resistance movements even more, so the Irgun and Lehi grew in numbers and conducted more extreme attacks. The final blow to the British (which helped to "incentivize" their withdrawal) was the bombing of the King David Hotel, the "HQ" of the British, located on the southern coast of the region on the Red Sea. Now that British military bodies were going back home in caskets and WWII was over, the British Parliament took notice and stared negotiating withdrawing from Palestine.

1st of all the Jewish people bought most of the private land they live on in Israel/Palestine through Christian and Jewish non-profits (biggest were the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association, Palestine Land Development Company and the Jewish National Fund), from Ottoman officials and rich absentee Arab effendis (look up Sursock purchases).
2nd the majority of the rest of the land was considered "state land" by the Ottomans and British which had no legal owners and was thus owned by the state. When Israel won the subsequent wars of 1948 and 1967 that land became Israel's.
3rd the areas in the West Bank and Gaza that had become depopulated during the war mainly housed Jews that had been forcible evicted from Jewish quarters in the West Bank or Gaza that were controlled or annexed by Egypt and Jordan after the war of 1948, and Jewish refugees who were evicted from Islamic countries after Israel's creation (Farhud in Iraq, riots against the Mellahs of North Africa etc).
3rd Jews are related to the native Palestinians who lived in the land before the large Arab immigration from Egypt and Syria to British Palestine that happened at the same time Jews were immigrating. DNA, Culture and Religion proves that both Palestinians and Jews both share Semitic DNA from the Levant even though we have a lot of admixture from Europe, Africa, and Asia.
4th Muslims and Jews would benefit from a real peace, not a hudna or ceasefire, both belong in this land and if the PA had kept their promises in the Oslo and Wye accords their would be a real peace with two countries right now.

The truth and facts are that the DNA, culture, religion, language, archaeology, written, and oral history shows that Jews are Levantine Semitic. I can give personal testimony as my fathers side is Ashkenazi-Sephardic Jewish, and according to two different DNA tests I have over 40% Semitic Levantine DNA. The large majority of major genetic studies on Ashkenazic, Sephardic, and Mizrahic Jews performed in European, American, Asian, and MiddleEastern universities show that the majority of our DNA is Levantine Semitic with some areas having a low of 1/3, others having a high of over 90%.

I have told you guys time and again to quit getting your information from hate-sites, to get both sides of the story and look at sources. Once again most Jews dont care about color, race, etc, What they care about is culture, are you culturally Jewish. Ethiopian Jews are Jews, in religion and culture, and have been ruled so by the Israeli government, and Rabbinate. Jews are Olive, Tan, White, Black, Brown, Yellow and Red in color. Half of the Israeli population is mixed between Ashkenazic, Sephardic, and Mizrahi groups. It is all good. Here are the facts and numbers on Ethiopian Jews immigrating to Israel (Aliyah) from the "Times of Israel", and "United Israel Appeal"
In 2015 it was reported the number of Jews in Ethiopia were 4,000.[16]
In April 2016, the Israeli Government approved a plan to bring 9,000 Falashmuras to Israel over the course of five years. 1,300 were scheduled to arrive in June 2016.[17]
On 11 March 2021, 300 Ethiopian Jews went up to Israel,[18] the last of 2,000 Jews from Operation Tzur Israel which began in December 2020.[19]
On 1 June 2022, 180 Jews from Ethiopia made Aliyah to Israel as part of Operation Zur Israel to reunite 3,000 Jews in Ethiopia with their brethren in Israel.[21]
On July 5, 2022, 150 Jews from Ethiopia made Aliyah to Israel as part of Operation Zur Israel.[22]
As of 14 June 2022, 500 Jews from Ethiopia made Aliyah to Israel.[23]
On February 1, 2023, 95 Jews from Ethiopia made Aliyah to Israel.[24]

Most Jews dont care about color, it is not as important as culture. The majority of Jews in Israel are originally from the Middle East and North Africa, then comes Eastern, Western Europe, East Africa, South Asia, and the Americas.
Ethiopian Jews have the right of return which is why the majority live in Israel (about 80%), with less than 10% living in Eritrea/Ethiopia/Sudan.
      Israel 160,500 (2021)[1]
      Ethiopia 12,000 (2021)[2]
      United States 1,000 (2008)[3]
There are different Jewish cultures, but as long as they are Jewish.....we are good.

There was no name Palestine at that time, it was and is Israel, and Judea and Samarea, Palestine came after the exile of the Jewish people, don't try to erase the name of Israel while it's existing, you guys are the same as the Romans, no difference, you want to erase Israel and want to replace it by Palestine, but whatever you do, you can't do that, Israel will be Israel until the end time.

I don't know why one of these historians has been called Judea as Palestine again and again even if everyone knows and also proof that there is no country called Palestine until the Roman Emperor Hadrian named it Palestine because of his frustration caused by the real Israeli Judea.
