why should they learn? have you looked at Disney revenues over the past years? with a short intermission by a pandemic they had a fairly consistant growth and make more money now then ever before. If anyone needs to learn then its you nerds, who dont understand that producing a ton of generic garbage and throwing it at the wall is a method of success for the industry, as even most of the stuff which doesnt stick and lands on the floor still makes profit. Grow up, businessmen dont care about producing garbage and making some basement dwellers cry because their obsession isnt fed just the finest .. they know they can feed the masses garbage and you will eat enough of it to make them even richer, as long as occasionally something good is on the table as well. And they know you come back for more, even if you threw up from the last meal you paid for. They will and can happily burn millions, thats how they make billions. The only one who needs to learn is the obsessed fan, who with his consumption and addiction made the production of garbage incredibly profitable ... Disney doesnt care or fear screwing up by your standards, those "screw-ups" are just calculated waste produced by a well running machine which has the purpose to squeeze the most out of any IP, consistent quality is not important for success.

I knew he was going to be in it and thought he would be bad, but upon watching the movie I thought his part was fantastic. The whole movie was almost perfect imo.
It’s the same thing that happened with the American Western genre, audiences didn’t get tired of the genre, studios kept inflating budgets & making worse movies, making it impossible for these movies to make a profit, leading to the “death” of the genre
True but one thing that has been a constant in Hollywood, ESPECIALLY Disney, for the last 20 years is that they will NEVER take responsibility for their abysmal failures or abhorrent failure rate. It'll either be called audience fatigue or the audience is biggoted or it's misunderstood or some other complete line of garbage that makes it not Hollywood's or the studio's fault.
They did it to westerns and then they did it to gangster films as well. They make a series of movies no one wants to see because they’re horrible and then they blame the customer.
Before Western died though it spawned the Spaghetti Western genre, stories took a back seat and character development, personality, charisma, witt and good musical score became the selling point of the genre. I can see this becomming a thing in superhero movies of the future after Deadpool & Wolverine
Gotta see this , love dead pool. Specifically his arguments with juggernaut , putting the nut job Deadpool together with the psychopath wolverine looks like an absolutely stonkin idea❤
Sad to say, but by the way he looked at the reveal, he probably has cancer. And that's why he probably accepted the deal (i'm pretty sure Disney sent all kind of offers in the last 3 years or so), because he knows he doesn't have much left and wants to help his family before going out. Think it's desperation on both parts, not just Disney's.
Exactly, they should've stuck to their guns. People loved RDJ as Iron Man because he could practically play himself. Doom is VERY different in temperament and personality than Iron Man and RDJ. It's not the same. I really liked him as Iron Man, but they should've gone a different direction than recasting him as Doom, it reeks of desperation.
The whole theatre cheered when he did that, or at least 90% of it, when my friends and I saw it last Sunday. The theatre was packed too...been a long time since I have seen that. When people buy front row seats at a theatre you know they want to see it. It might have been a little weak on storyline but it was packed with nostalgia!
The problem with Disney/Hollywood is they are not essential when consumers are struggling to pay rent. When you create terrible content (product), the consumer will stop spending money.

Not a fan of Gambit or know much about him but Tatum did it better than the one in the XMen and Tatum had the costume and the accent compared to the old one
Wesley Snipes being in this movie absolutely destroys any chance of the new Blade movie being anything more than a massive flop. The audience went nuts when he showed up. Him not being in the new Blade movie as Blade basically dooms that movie to failure
I don't see why not. No one wanted Ledger now he is considered the best. Following that up with Phoenix was great. Mahershala Ali is a good actor, he was probably one of the few redeeming elements of Luke Cage, so I think as long as the writing and directing are solid then he'll be fine.
Yep. No idea what's gone on behind the scenes, but if they were smart they would have brought Snipes back as Blade a long time ago. The Blade movies were the first good modern superhero movies and were the proof of concept for this entire thing, that superhero movies didn't have to be cheesy trash. And the audience reaction to seeing him proves that we all wanted him back in the role all along.

I was freaking out he was my favorite X-man growing up and finally seeing him on screen wearing the outfit and using his powers was worth the wait.
I said, after the film, he would've been perfect back then... before he put on a couple pounds. He needed a better mask in the film, at least. Other than that, he was perfect, from the action, the the personality, to the cajun accent.
He was great, totally agree. I’m betting that Tatum exaggerated that accent too, knowing his comedic roles in the past.. he puts out some rather “extra” performances shall we say.
Mads is the best villain actor I’ve ever seen. Hannibal was the perfect example. They definitely wasted his talent as a petty villain in Dr strange… Dr Doom would have been perfect 👌
Mads, Cillian, Viggo, and several others (besides Giancarlo) would have been great choices, but they were desperate to get RDJ back--preferably in a "logica"l way that wouldn't totally nullify Iron Man's sacrifice... And they HAD to find a "logical" way to introduce Dr. Doom this so far into the series. So, two birds, one stone. It may be a really smart move, and it MAY work, but it's still a lost opportunity to bring in a NEW heavyweight performer playing a NEW heavyweight villain. It's a bold move, Cotton...

Also, he uses a thick cajun accent even in comics. And he uses the trench coat since before meeting the xmen. Tatum HIT ALL THE CHECKS on those, and some people cant stand it 😂. They have totally forgotten the other TERRIBLE WRITTEN guy for like 10 years. Because he was that bad. I think they do know. There's no way they've been pushing for all this stuff even with all of the failures, for them to care about financial success. I have to imagine there's big money behind all of this, that doesn't rely on the audience, or something like that. Definitely conspiracy theory land, but it doesn't make sense any other way. You'd think after 10 or so years of this stuff, they'd drop it. But no, still happening. I'm honestly so numb to all of it now. I don't even get mad - just... oh, here we go again lol.

The only DP3 cameo I wish had happened was The Punisher being there either payed by Dolph Lundgren or Thomas Jane which would have made the Blade cameo even better in my opinion.
The reason Logan is the anchor being is because it's the fox universe, Wolverine movies were keeping Fox financially afloat, without wolverine fox lost its golden goose, hence the joke "the fox universe is dead without logan"

Unfortunately, the entire West has gone insane in their movies, TV shows, music, out of control crime, drug addiction, and mass immigration. I've admired the West all my life. Now, it's like the entire West has woke insanity. The best movies of all time will always be from Hollywood. eg. LOTR, Braveheart, Gladiator. But that's all over now. That, but it also makes any Earth-based/Cosmic-based character and their journey pointless. When you have infinite possibilities, then the journey, personal stakes, interactions and obstacles of a single character doesn't matter anymore. In an infinite universe, Cap jumping on top of a grenade to prove his selflessness doesn't matter; Black Widow sacrificing her life so her best friend's family could have a father come home back to them has no meaning; the Hulk finding a way to control his inner anger has no real impact; the combined superhero community and Avengers facing Thanos carries no weight, etc. You have to place some kind of "limiting factor" on such an universe breaking option, otherwise it completely breaks the universe in every possible way.
That’s not true because it was proven that characters from other universes are different so if a character dies you can’t just replace them with a a character from a different universes because it’s not the same

why should they learn? have you looked at Disney revenues over the past years? with a short intermission by a pandemic they had a fairly consistant growth and make more money now then ever before.

The multiverse makes ANY character death meaningless.

If it makes money to allow them to take the punches on their DEI stuff I am sure they will just roll them out until they can digitally clone them
'body positivity time cop girl boss' i'm glad someone said it
I loved that Cavil did the Mission Impossible punch cocking.
Dr doom announcement was lame
Thank you
It wasn't but for general public who left marvel after endgame will definitely coming back and regular marvel fans will have to watch this even if u like it or not. This was a great decision done by marvel but how the movie is gonna be is in their hands.
Sounds like it was improvised since leaks of RDJ as Doom were catching all over the internet. This was Marvel trying to generate some hype out of it before everyone knew.
But you going to be the first inline to watch the movie 😂
@@Animefusionheroit won't ever be that big of an audience because fans have been baited way too much by marvel. The next time they do a movie putting a substitute in place of who should be playing the character, they are gonna lose more fans.
No Shuri as Black Panther
No iron man substitute
No falcon as captain america, make it Bucky
Make Wanda a proper villain and do house of M right
That's the way to go
They couldn't destroy the sacred timeline yet, because Avengers Secret War still needs to come out.
Screw the sacred timeline! We don’t want the non MCU Marvel universes and characters to be destroyed by Disney!
@@ParkerCS2 I guess you're not a fan of characters crossing over. We wouldn't have had Spider-Man No way home and Deadpool and Wolverine
@@General.Audience I don’t mind the crossovers. The problem is that they’ve overdid them, and also they planning to get rid of the non MCU Marvel continuities after secret wars to promote Disney’s universe forever. 😢
@@ParkerCS2 Just like it happened on the actual Secret Wars (2015) where 616 and Ultimate got merged and whatnot. And now we have a new Ultimate Universe, under Disney times.
@@magnum9588 I don’t want Disney’s movie universe to be the only singular one and get rid of all our fan favorite non MCU properties and characters.
That was that was totally insane. yet was brilliant. Well done. Movie well ordered and received. Looking forward to watching it.
In Romania we say: "One flower spring makes not". This is only just a bit more fuel in Disney's tank which they'll use to fuel a lot of future crap. They will still mock us and taunt us and it breaks my heart every time when people gives them more chances to do that. Let them starve. Let them miss the old days. Let them feel like we feel.
Which is ironic considering how much D3 points all that out.
I don't think this movie is even "good" by the old standards. It's just like The Mandalorian--people have gotten so used to rank sewage that when they lower the fecal ratio by 10% they're out here gasping, "Oh my god, it's so good!"
The “anchor character” thing is a meta commentary on franchises. It’s not really meant to be an in universe rule. Only mentioning this because Gary kept alluding to how this precedent didn’t make sense and would affect the MCU moving forward
Superhero fatigue is real. But there’s no such thing as Hugh Jackman/Wolverine fatigue
Nah. I'd say people just hates any contents that are filled with none-logical Woke ideology.
All shitty MCU movies and Series are purely due to Woke Elements.
I say it’s more bad writing fatigue imo
I could agree with this
Yeah. Hugh/ Wolverine I'm all in
@@RedactedAnonymous10 That’s fair lol
CAPTAIN AFRICAN AMERICAN IS SOOOO CRAZY WTF 😂😂😂😂😂
I also think when presenting blade they should have presented him as a surprise cause he was the big it of the movie ! I was trilled as a black girl it was cool to see him and Electra
I'm never going to watch trash from Disney again
The amount of people who believe that after one good movie means things are now good again is crazy like just because one movie was really good doesn't mean that it be like that for now on until management change then we can maybe say we are back
One good movie can make all the difference and people don't realize that
@@animezilla4486 sometimes yeah but that's if management listens
@@victorhernandez5013 management mostly listens to money if something makes money they got management full attention
It may actually is. Once management saw what sells, they may get into realization that what they forcefully feed (wokeism) isn't what audience wants.
In my opinion this movie qas still very bad, like story wise and typical marvel wise.
Only good parts to me where logan, deadpool, the dog and thevillain was okay. But just because some characters or actors are good doesn't make the film good.
Some fight scenes were pretty great though :)
But yeah in my opinion still a pretty bad movie
Wesley Snipes IS THE ONLY BLADE
Feige is woke but knows his job is on the line, so he tacks a little right for one movie. Don't be fooled.
the cope is hard with this one
Exactly.
@@I_H_M_N Its kind of a fact. Feige wasn't involved with this. It was mostly Reynolds. Feige was Ok back when he had a committee forcing him to make films the audience could stomach. Deadpool 3 is STILL the worst Deadpool movie. It's really good, but not quite as good as the second. Maybe tied with the first. This movie moved left an inch, it would suck.

Nah its a shit character i'm sorry😐
Channing looks doofy in the gambit outfit. They need to cast someone with a much slimmer build. Channing is just too thick, neck to big for that mask.

@@Zenni1098 way back 2018 his built is just right. its 6 yrs ago.
Worst choice they could have made. Unless he manages to completely change his air and style he'll just be Tony von Doom.
RDJ is a pretty good actor, he could very easily do just that... if they let him.
More likely the whole plan is "Iron Man Bad".
Read the comics
@@mal_348 We're not reading Disney Marvel comics. Keep that garbage to yourself.

The quality is just as inconsistent as movies are pal, don't try and act like you're better for liking one medium over another.
His point being that Doctor Doom is very different from Tony in many comics iterations.
RDJ also has been wanting to break his mold over the last few years or so. Oppenheimer is evidence to this, I'm certain everyone involved wants something new from him and not just Evil Tony Stark.
This probably will happen though, a lot of people fumble Doctor Doom when writing him.
Clearly you’ve never seen Tropic Thunder. This guy’s a chameleon.
Deadpool just pegged Disney hard... Bob Iger will be limping for weeks 🍑
Boycott "PopCORN Buckets"
Maybe a "Lady Deadpool PopCORN Bucket" instead?!
By making them money?
Bro you can't use Logic with These idiots. They are talking like this break records (for) Disney
@johncrane1594 I completely agree, but 'little victories' yeah, I know Disney are going to benefit... but I got to watch something I enjoyed (and that hasn't happened in a long time) and WHEN Disney go back to type so will their movie revenues... and hopefully someone in that Mickey Mouse Operation may figure it out!!!
Still a win for Disney at the end of the day.
Deadpool 2 was refreshing af, LOVED GAMBIT! MOAR TATUM PLS!

Remove all the EXTREMLY GAY jokes that made up about 75% of the jokes and you would be correct!!
the girl boss being crazy sister of the most powerful mutant in the universe, is perfectly fine with me. There was no "i dont need men, men are useless" agenda. She was just extremely powerful and evil. I liked her character.
@@KandosXshe didn't need her brother. And is more powerful than him so you would be incorrect
Just because this was a success, doesn't mean Disney Marvel will learn their lesson. They will take the money made from this and make more craptastic garbage....just you wait
Ofcourse we all know that. They are gonna lose 3 times the money they get from deadpool and Wolverine.
Justin Beiber have success.
Doesn't mean it's good.
Same for this baboon movie.
Thank you Gary! Never stop doing what you are doing.

Hollywood has forgotten that good stories well told makes bank at the box office. Which is what we’ve been telling them since the beginning.

We will see if this is not just a fluke. Hollywood needs to build up a track record of good movies again before I would even consider pirating their movies, let alone go to the cinema. That aside, Disney will never be forgiven, need to keep them away from the kids.

Not gonna lie... i became a kid again when that mask came on. I was happy about the comic accurate suit, but i wasn't expecting that. Turned to my brother, "no fuckin way!" During that scene lol
That's a moment that gives people a nostalgia rush, but it's also a reminder of how desperate they are to get their traditional audience back. Maybe this stunt casting will work and I personally love RDJ as an actor, but I'm really reluctant to dip into my wallet for this after Feige and his M-She-U goons thumbing their nose at everyone the last few years.
@cmc5394oparva oh, yeah...I honestly was thinking, "hmmmm...ok" When they announced RDJ as Dr. Doom. No excitement, no... anything lol. But they got me in Deadpool when Wolverine puts his mask on.

I have a big question:
If Cassandra was pruned at an "early age", how did she age into a young adult?
Time isnt supposed to exist in the Void.
Based on the other cameos, you have to have aging, They're all visibly older
