Awesome, thanks for posting this. I ordered SA4000 MKII a few weeks ago. Hopefully it wont take 2 years like others. :( Almost ordered a 609 too but could not find any demos.... Grrrr... now I might have to place an order for one too.
I’m almost sure that Will Putney from Graphic Nature audio in Brooklyn NYC used the same compressors on the most recent Invent Animate Album ‘Greyview’ which next to Northlane’s ‘ Node’ album is in my mind one of his best work ever, especially on Metal core Albums
The modern 33609 is more open. Our 609 is based on the old metal knob. On the MK2 we added the modern position to match the openness of the modern 609 and J/D version
