Worked for my XR18 at home connected to a pair of KRK powered speakers. Gonna try it soon at a local venue using an XR12. I bought the DaytonAudio mic and I love it! Great price and looks like a quality product.
Hey sir thank you for your time in explaining how to do this! I just got a MR12 and I feel like i'm not at the level of expertise to work it so this helps. Have you tried the internal mic on ipad prior to having your upgraded mic? curious if those results are usable. thank you so much
Hi BestProAudio, I had an issue yesterday with my Xr 18. I did EQ room sending pink noise from a cellphone through a link stereo channel. I solved my EQ room and after that I turned down the pink noise to play a FLAC song but. The pink noise did not get lost even unplugging the stereo link cable. I restart my XR software, turned off and turned on the XR 18, I load a different scene and the pink noise did not stop. I went to the meter page there was no sign coming into or going out on the XR 18 and the pink noise was there. I check my FX page and nothing, so I had to use an analogue mixer I could not record my concert and we play without monitors because I did not have enough time to set up monitors. It was not the first time that I EQ room. That's why I was lost and did not find the answer. I tried to find this on TH-cam but it seems that nobody has has this issue so far. Thanks if you have an advice. Julio
Hi Drew, this very important. Do the M n X airs - MR 18 n X 18s have pink noise. If no why are the manufacturers ...is., music group treat those of us who purchase these smaller digiboards so unfairly. It has no matrix, no capability to couple an aux bus being used as a mono sub bus to the main LR, no updates with new functionalities etc etc ...y are they so insensitive n biased. When I bought mine Mr 18, I paid almost half d price of x32 just for small venues but am so so disappointed that x32 keep getting updates but none of the airs. It's very unfair music group.
The problem is that PA are not adjusted to match a flat line… Target curves for pa are usually 6/9 dB louder from 20 to 100Hz, then they loose 3dB per octave all the way up to 20KHz
Auto EQ per this video handles most of it for me. It will also vary greatly with the setup you use. Two-way speakers with a horn are difficult to handle while performing in front of them - I generally never attempt to. The Bose gear is pretty friendly (as are most compact line arrays) as far as feedback is concerned. I typically perform with this type of system and rarely have feedback problems. The IRX108BT's work well because they have auto feedback detection - works great actually! I've also recently purchased the L1 Pro 32's and a Bose T4S mixer - after using the Tonematch presets for my Shure mics - I can't go back!!! They sound great - easy to tweak and no feedback yet!
Barry ...use the rta on the mic channels to notch out offending frequencies....how do u detect offending frequencies by using spectograph on each track ....the offending frequencies will turn red.

Will this app work with Mixing Station?
Keep in mind that you should use this feature as a baseline measurement. I would recommend to make adjustments based on your target EQ curve.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you! The internal mic will work - but it's not balanced - the results aren't great!

Can you auto eq any channel as well or did I miss this?? Great job!
Thanks, I used to do this with the DL16s but wasn't sure how to do it with the MR12. Gonna try it out
Glad I could help
Hi, do you inserted the eq or used it in a fx slot?
What router are you using? Looks like a great compact solution
This is the router I'm using. Awesome little guy with compact antennas too! amzn.to/3JTsDZL
Could you tell me what brand of additional router and battery for wifi...kindly thanks
Hi,

How do you use the calibration file for the imm6 with mAir iEQ?
Great stuff! Gonna try this out.
Great video. I'm going to try this out. I have the XR 16.
Thank you!! Let me know how it goes for you! I've been impressed... Works better than a DBX Driverack I think.
@@bestproaudio4255 audessy Marantz any good? it's dynamic EQ too
Works that also with the behringer x32 controll App?
It works with Midas's control app... It may work with Behringer's as well but I haven't tried it.

@@bestproaudio4255 ok. I ordered the new RCF ART 945A. I need more power for my events.
@@Liftgymratt86 Let me know what you think when you're able to test them! RCF definitely makes great gear!

What's the battery pack?
Nevemind. I found your video about the battery
can I use another mixer with this app?
Only the Behringer XR12, XR16, XR18 and Midas MR12 & MR18 are supported.
@@bestproaudio4255 there is another app or gear for auto eq? that is very useful because I am Mobile soundsystem rent
Im using soundcraft UI24R
I'm not aware of another mixer / app combination. You can look at this for manual EQ / RTA for UI24R: th-cam.com/video/PJNdaNGOmFs/w-d-xo.html
You can also pick up DBX Driverack PA's in the 200 - 250 range...
