    Curious how you get a car load of groceries to a unit? How often does the water pressure go down? Can you hear your neighbors having a party or walking above you? And what to do if they are to loud? Smoking rules? What’s a good average of electric bill? If you have a housekeeper how do they get in? How to you get new furniture up or out? What’s the cost for the ride to the strip and back? Does the plumbing back up? And how often? If you order pizza how do you get it? Things like this are what’s life like. Maybe make a video about that plz. Thanks 🙏

You took the description a few steps further. She was trying to follow your lead and started getting more comfortable explaining the amenities. Nice unit. I would’ve preferred a half bath for guests leaving that second bath for the second bedroom. $3750 is good for that Vegas strip view. Well done.

    • @KaoriLuxuryRealEstate

      HOA is covered by the landlord. HOA fees vary based on unit size.

    • @MikeBDaniels-bv8io
      @MikeBDaniels-bv8io 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Usually the HOA will only matter to a renter (and I'm a renter from a condo owner landlord) if there's a big project or two coming up in the next budget. If so, the building raises the HOA and the condo owner will probably raise his rent price to his tenant. Same with property taxes. If the city, county, whatever government entity, raises the rate or reassesses the property, landlord will raise the rent. Those 'included' prices in the rent are hardly static, especially in an inflationary time.

      @@KaoriLuxuryRealEstate Sorry, but that's obnoxious! I'm so glad I don't live in an area where security has to be this tight. For me, having a unit in the city like this would only be for weekend getaways, although, I don't have any idea what I'd be getting away from. Where I live, I have the fortunate blessing to see nothing but nature, watch Bald Eagles, among other wildlife right from my front porch and yard! It's amazing! I know there are a lot of people who know nothing but concrete under their feet. But, the only view I couldn't stop looking at was your beautiful hair! After illness made me lose over 3/4 of my long, thick hair, I am in awe of yours! Mine has grown back just as thick, now. It will just take time for it to get long, again, but I'm so thankful it grew back!

    So two rooms have no windows? I call that a storage room and that does not count as bedroom or den, sorry. No responsible parent would force their children to spend their days in a storage room. The kitchen was supposed to go on the inside instead and is too big. The floor plan is clearly a one bedroom only. This apartment is for a single or couple and then the smaller one for 2100 would be the better choice. The living room is tiny and feeling cramped and the dining table is supposed to be round and pretty instead of butcher block style. The view is also good at night only. During the day the view is ugly and depressing. Not worth the money.

    The layout is awful, looks like an 800sq ft apartment. The den is the size of a closet, and the bathrooms are nice, but take up too much of the space. It’s about a $1000 overpriced for what you get. The view and bridge to walk to the strip are nice as well as the valet.
