Botswana faces petrol shortage

Motorists in Botswana are struggling to find 93 unleaded petrol. The country has blamed this on South Africa's Natref refinery - which is currently restoring operations following planned maintenance this year. The state-owned Botswana Oil Limited is the only entity allowed to source fuel on behalf of all of the country's fuel retailers. Botswana Oil Limited recently issued out a tender to assist with its massive fuel procurement.
