Just found this video on my feed (days after searching for bunk bed plans). Saw it was 4 years old and got excited to see how your channel had progressed, as I saw a lot of talent in the content itself, as well as your videography. Was totally bummed to find only 5 videos on your page and nothing newer than 3 years old.

I'm working on my first DIY project and I have a silly question: if you don't use pocket holes how do you attach, just put the screws straight in?

I’m a fan! Any tips on painting after the build? Paint and primer?
We just used interior acrylic paint. First primer, and then 2 layers of paint. We just brushed it on. The biggest thing with painting wood, the contour will show through the paint. If there's any dents, knots, or insufficient sanding, you'll still be able to see it. I just used a lot of wood filler to make everything as even as possible.
