    Brother Insight. I have a question about the movements in your videos. I love them by the way. But my question is about breathing. Will we be doing the exercises wrong if we breathe in and out at the wrong time? Sometimes it difficult to tell when you are breathing in or out while you are talking in the videos.     Namo Buddhaya, Brother Insight! I am working with each of your videos in this series for a week as recommended and it is a peaceful and beneficial part of my day. Much merit to you! In this video, I found it a bit more difficult to follow the moves where one's hands are on the floor as we do not see your legs well from the front. Are there other videos of these moves?

    Unfortunately I started my day very nervous, but while following this practice I started slowly to feel more calm and then even joyful 💓 I imagined my spiritual ancestors rather than biological, this helps me more. Can't thank you enough Brother, you're a ray if light in my life 🙏🏼🙏🏼🕉️ I've a question about 'clanching the fist': Chinese martial arts teach to exhale while releasing the fist, while you do the contrary here. Is there a specific reason?
