Arguably the heaviest episode/scene in all of Eva (excluding Eoe) no matter how many times ive watched theough the series (over 50 times) the scene where Shinji kills Kaworu will always bring me to tears.
The scenario of a depressed, love starved loner being forced to kill someone who showed unconditional love for them with the most beautiful musical piece in the background will remain one of the most oppressive and sad scenes in anime.
