    Head to toe, the purest basketball player to ever grace the game. Many player make highlight plays, few paint portraits of how the game should be played. Will truly be missed, not just by his fanatics, but by his doubters and critics. I'm truly lucky to have witnessed his era and reign. Get well soon.

    Players often find moves to get open shots. Kobe knows that defenders will study his moves and try to stop him, so instead of finding a way to get open shots, he worked on making the contested ones. I think what people don't understand about Kobe is the shots that he takes that are wildly contested are things that he has started to work on. A forced shot to others, is actually a regular shot for Kobe. A thing of beauty. A lot of respect for this guy.

    • @RahulPresentsKobe

      +Joshua Yoe Kobe would break all of those records vs. that league... Wilt wouldn't break Kobe's today.

    • @RahulPresentsKobe
      @RahulPresentsKobe 9 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      *****
      That makes no sense lol. Einstein would be able to learn everything about physics and technology today in a year. Wilt would be better than Dwight Howard, but he would never score more than 50-60. And it wouldn't happen for a whole season either.

    • @instantwong
      @instantwong 9 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      +Borja Oliva He's the basketball player with the best scoring potential... When he's hot, he's the deadliest player on the floor. No one is capable of doing anything close to what Kobe does when he's on fire.

    • @duketheking
      @duketheking 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +RahulPresentsKobe you are totally right bro. Back in the days the cross over or the pump fake, or the double pump spin, or the behind the back pass, or the cross over half spin fade away. or the pass to the back board self ally oop, or lebrons travel wasnt invented yet. Kobe woulda not need to pass to anyone and destroyed the score board. Todays game Wilt wouldnt be able to do that because the guys now are so athletics and everyone wearing high tech sneakers with plus3 jump stats or plus2 stopping plus2 spin. Todays shoes are... wait why am i talking about shoes....

    • @thepeacekeeper2338
      @thepeacekeeper2338 9 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      +Borja Oliva MJ is easily a better scorer than Kobe.averages, can even be proved statistically.
      Career average
      MJ 30.1ppg
      Kobe 25.2ppg
      Playoffs average
      MJ 33.4ppg
      Kobe 25.6ppg
      Best regular season averages:
      MJ 37.1ppg
      Kobe 35.4
      Best playoffs averages
      MJ 43.7ppg
      Kobe 32.8
      Best finals averages
      MJ 41ppg
      Kobe 32.4ppg
      '
      MJ had 10 scoring titles, to Kobe's poor 2. Best PER ever average with 27.91. Best was 30.7 for him. Kobe average 23.02, best was 27 for him. I can even list the amount of 30,40,50,60,70,80 + games each has in regular season, playoffs and finals. Where MJ only loses to Kobe in his one 81 point game. In all other catagories, MJ prevails.

  • @masterchief2702
    @masterchief2702 9 ปีที่แล้ว +70

    Kobe's edge over Michael was that he could knockdown shots over double teams, triple teams, and smothering man to man defense, you can even argue that Kobe's post footwork is greater than Michael's. Could you imagine if Kobe had Michael's elite wingspan, 48" vertical, monster handspan, and quickness? Kobe has been doing things Michael has done against more athletic, lengthy defenders. If Kobe had Michael's athleticism to go with his ability to knockdown shots with little to no airspace, he would've been the GOAT.

    Theres no reason for anyone to hate kobe? He has such class and plays the game with the upmost respect. And if you think he is a ball hog then read this stat.
    Kobe Brant has the most assists (6,122) for any player who has scored 30,000 or more points, yes this includes Michael Jordan.
    No one will realize how much Kobe means to the game until hes gone. Maybe then the Kobe haters can give him the mutual respect he deserves.

    In the history of the NBA, there have only been a handful of players whose game you can describe as beautiful. As this video demonstrates, Kobe Bryant is one of these players. His movements are just so smooth and fluid. There is not another player in the NBA right now who even comes close to matching Kobe's skill set. 17 seasons and he's STILL a top player despite having lost much of his athleticism.

    Very well done video. Shows Kobe's wizardry and his Mage and magician skills all to perfectly. When Kobe plays it's like watching art. It's like watching a beautiful masterpiece being constructed right in front of you. Kobe's passion and dedication and the love and respect for the game and his will to win just makes every game he plays in legendary. He is like a warrior in battle. Fighting every game. Giving it all up for the love of the sport. Giving his life up to the love of the sport. It's mythical at this point. This man will live FOREVER in the NBAs history. FOREVER for generations to come, Kobe's name will forever be mentioned in the Best Player of ALL-TIME discussion.

    The only player in the league now can be described as graceful and art. No one even comes close, and I'm not even a Lakers or Kobe's fan. Closest man to MJ.

    Just like the NBA hasn't been the same for people who grew up watching Mike, basketball will never be the same to me once Kobe is gone...

    I don't understand why this video has such little amount of views. This should be in the millions.

      If you can, share this video or get other people to share this video as much as possible. This video is the best highlight video of Kobe. It really shows Kobe at its highest form

    You can argue that he's the best of this ERA, but don't go beyond that.
