Love your taste in decks. ♥ Tarot of the Vampyres has given me the most jarringly accurate readings ever since I first got it. I love the brutal honesty of The Dark Mirror Oracle, too. The Faeries Oracle, though... it has a tendency to be absurdly on-point, yet still somehow finds a way to be evasive in its directness. (I've had Luathas the Wild stalking me for over a month now. No clue what he wants, but he clearly enjoys taunting me with what I'm not figuring out.)

This is so true. I am not afraid of doing shadow work whenever and I certainly feel there is work to do right now but I do feel so overwhelmed right now with the state of things and with life as juggling homeschooling and looking after little ones with work and it just feels like I can't go there right now. I'm not opposed to having a confronting deck however. I love the Tarot de la Nuit and would love the Tarot of the Vampyrs but not gone there yet. Though I recently picked up the deviant moon which I had always really disliked and the Baba Studios bohemian gothic, both of which I find the imagery very confronting however I find the readings have been so helpful and actually the deviant moon especially I found held space for emotions quite well, so it was so much less confronting than I ever thought it would be. I think if I had a free afternoon I would definitely dive deeper but right now I don't think my brain can hold the space for it right now. Just going to use my confronting decks for everyday readings until I can do more shadow work again.x
I find one of my biggest truth teller decks to be the Wild Unknown Tarot. It always gets right to the point, and delivers the message in a very clear and straight forward way. :) Also Ludy Lescot, standard RWS, Ceccoli Tarot, and Sacred Rebels Oracle could go into this category as well...
Great recommendations for hard-hitting decks and advice on working with cards for shadow work. My decks for shadow work tend to be Les Vampires Oracle, Tarot of Vampyres, Necronomicon Tarot, Bohemian Gothic, Oracle of Shadows and Light (Australian version) and there have been times where my Vera Sibilla cards can poke at my shadow but they tend to answer practical and more predictive questions but often in a dramatic way.
This was a great video with awesome deck recommendations as well as solid advice for card work for shadow work and deep healing work that obviously comes from a place of experience as well as compassion. Thanks Raecine, much love 💕

It’s like I’ve had some traumatic shit happen to when my grandmother died I laid in a bed for 2 months with demons surrounding me...lots of sleep paralysis. I was strong when I was a child like the playing with magnetic balls...knowing when my mom is hungover cuz I would be throwing up in the mornings sometimes nights when she was gone. I’ve had the dreams come true. I have yelling happening mostly Mom! Or my name Trace! I get so scared I jump up but no one is there. So anyways I’ve started learning oracle cards & ive already been feeling my intuition growing. But I find myself searching still. I write everything down...I know a lot is coming from my intuition the decks are guiding me. I miss them when I haven’t touched all of them in a while. But the searching. I think I’m hiding that I really do want to change. I’ve never said this & it’s a secret kept from the rest of myfamily but I smoke & I want to quit. Maybe because I know it would make me quit to see the pain they would go thru. Also my husbands father was murdered a few years back & I truly think sometimes the yelling is residual shit. So I have been using white sage too now. But also I had stuff that was horrible to think of a child going thru...like u know the almost worse shit. So I feel I need to be told hey u do this cuz of that shit. Ya know? I don’t know I just keep searching....
I've just recently got the Dark Mirror. I am loving how quickly they get to the point. I also just recently got Oracle of the Dragon fae by Lucy Cavendish. I have found this deck is straight to the point also. It's as though I really only need to pull one card and percolate on the image and I am so pleased with the guidebook. I will be ordering the rest of Lucy Cavendish decks very soon. What's great is alot of decks are on sale right now. I got the moonology and dark mirror for $30 on Amazon. Great deals!

WOW! I love your choice of art style in decks. We have similar taste :) I bought the divine circus (and LOVE IT!) because of you, and now I also want the faries oracle. That deck reminds me of one of my favorite movies, the spanish Pan's Labyrint. I love the art style of this movie and have wanted a deck that takes me to that dreamworld and just fire up my intuition, and now I have found it! Thank you :)

But i dont use her everyday, just when i really need it. She's awesome to do pathwork with. And for tarot, my beloved deviant moon (a truth teller)...
The Dark Mirror oracle is on my wishlist just haven't pushed to get it. In the card previews the Blinded to Pain card was there and I was like WOW. It cut deep without even knowing what it's all about. Definitely will pick this up at one point. I love the True Black tarot, that one is by far the best deck ever for me personally.
I've found using the Aquarian, and Osho Zen tarots to be extremely helpful for these times. The Osho Zen has a unique ability to produce anything from nothing.
Can you or did you ever do a video on the "Seven Witches" that I have seen you refer to? I haven't been able to find any info on this since I heard you mention them in a video of yours when you were showing your spaces. Love all your videos. Glad I found your channel!

Hi...some real personal shit I’m about to bust out but I can’t stop searching. I only met my biological father once...he was supposed to come back & I was about 8 yrs old. His father past away and we never heard from that side of the family ever...nothing. He died recently and I just feel weird. Like no one contacts his children? His only children? So with this stuff I don’t know what to heal or where to start. I think it doesn’t bother me but him being dead is like all the hope I ever had is gone. I keep buying decks trying to find the right one to work on this issue & just ugh having a hard time...do you know a deck that would work on something like this? Is this a really weird question?😳😬😐
I definitely love my Fallen Angels Tarot; and, it is a true relationship. This is my go to deck when I Want answers. A similarly powerful deck from me is "Quareia The Magicians Deck" is a very honest, unflinching with a lot of insight. I would highly recommend this deck and I rarely see it mentioned. I was a little surprised that the True Black Tarot was on this list. I have another that I use which is The Crow Tarot. I like using it with other decks; and, I find it also to be unflinching. Maybe even the Ravens prophecy Tarot, although the card stock for this one doesn't feel very durable. Thank you for the video.

that's a interesting question. Although I haven't had a deck that I felt was "dishonest", I have had a few decks that seem....avoidant?? Especially in the case of oracle cards, I've hadd a few decks that just seemed to give muddled answers/messages.

For me, it is a combination of Bohemian Gothic Tarot (my #1 favorite deck of all time. My soul deck basically) and the Les Vampire oracle.
