Great video! I know I am late to watch this. I am so disappointed that I missed the pocket version of the Tarot of Trees deck. I love pocket decks. I'll have to keep an eye out for someone selling theirs. I am excited to receive the Everyday Enchantment Tarot in the mail this weekend. I too plan to trim off the borders but that may include the titles as well. I'll look for your mod video for this deck if you've done one or will do one.

Awesome choices here, Dawn Michelle! I actually like to use my Dreams of Gaia in January. I think it’s because I want something “brighter” after all the “creepy shadowy” decks of fall. It’s full of color but still fits the season with its black borders. But I also like my Fountain Tarot in January so maybe there’s no method to my madness lol.
Great to see an eclectic selection of faves. I used the Mermaid Tarot all last summer and it was aweseome. My faves at the moment are Slow Tarot, Mons Tarot, Alchemical (new 5th edition) Tarot by R.M Place, Japaridze (it has a mysterious quality), Textured Tarot and Gill Tarot. I like the mix of different perspectives that are not all RWS.
Not sure that even if there were a spice deck... it would really work... but for me winter autumn are spices... snow and spices... black and white, cinnamon, cloves and red that evergreens... moonlight stars.... just random nonsense thought that I apparently need to share

Oh my gosh I have deck envy right now. I wouldn't look at lo Scarabeo decks normally as I don't like all the words around them. I have the Tarot of the Sidhe but think I'd only connect well to it trimmed. It's unreal how much better it looks. Unfortunately, I'd just butcher it..especially around the corners. Shame I live in the UK as I'd be offering to pay you to deck mod them 😜

I like having a good variety to choose from, but sometimes it gets a little overwhelming. I'm always working on curating it into a really meaningful collection that supports my practice, so I always have decks coming and going. 🙂
Yes, it is the Messenger Oracle. Lewellyn is releasing a borderless edition with matte cardstock this coming January. Although it looks like it will be amazing, I kinda like the borders on the current edition -I know, call me crazy lol. It also pairs beautifully with the Tarot of the Hidden Realm.

Once you trim the Japaridze Tarot you will connect much easier to work with. I love the deck I also put it up for a year but now reach for it allot.
