I am so glad you gave love to Platinum Bronze ❤️. It is my absolute favorite MTHRSHIP. It’s gorgeous! I also love the Bridgerton 2. The summer after that came out, I traveled with it as my only eyeshadow, I used the baked pinks in that palette as my only blush, and used the upper left skinshow- ish shade as my highlighter. It was my workhorse and I loved using it every single day! I really love all your choices-but there are absolute no wrong choices when it comes to Pat McGrath shadows!! Edited to add: I could watch you discussing Pat shadows all day. 😍

I love Platinum Bronze! I wish PMG came out with another Bridgerton type palette but with a different color story, like purple or green..I dream of a lilac purple version of the blue Bridgerton .. The two pink satin shades are a dream to put on, I really hope she uses that formula again..❤

I think Bronze Temptation is my fave MTHRSHP palette. Corruption and Provacatrix are soooo beautiful. And they still perform so well as long as I’ve had them.

I think at the time because the brand was new, (and Divine Rose didn’t release yet 😅) the color stories were edited and unique. It would be cool if she did another MTHRSHP release, but like the 2.0 version of the originals.

Yay! Playing with colors! I am really surprised by the color stories that appeal to me out of your top five. For me, I think platinum bronze is the best overall story, but each palette had at least one shade that made me say ooooohhh. I am a warm palette girl, but I definitely layer in cool tones with my warm tones

Fabulous picks! I am late to the game when it comes to Dame PMG palettes. The price was a bit tough to accept. When I finally got on board, I focused more on collecting the Motherships and only bought a few 6 pans. My first Dame PMG palette ever was subliminal platinum. She sold it for 50% off on her website. The formula wowed me but the color story confused me. I was more of a Dior quint/ Chanel quad kind of girl. I have to include the Love trio because I reach for them constantly. Last but not least, I would say sublime smoke. I know it’s a mini, but it is so travel friendly and perfect for everyday. I love this series!!!

Right as C.J. said there are repeats. But in regards to the release, it was weird at the time because it was available I think on Selfridges, but Pat didn’t advertise it.
Before I got more PMG palettes, I would pair the pink and gold from Golden Opulence to make a beautiful orange color…. Because I could never imagine myself wearing pink or bright yellow gold until I followed you down the PMG rabbit hole…

This made me want to pull out a couple of mine and use them lol and yes I am ashamed to say they have been in fact "collecting dust" but Platinum Bronze and La Vie en Rose is calling to me right now lol My top -five- three: Bronze Temptation La Vie en Rose (my gateway drug palette to PMG lmao) Platinum Bronze . . Honestly, those are the ones I reach for the most and the others are there for when I'm in the mood for that particular colour story, it's terrible I know. I DID however take Golden Opulence out of the red packaging (the worst trifold of all of them imo) and stuck it in the Metalmorphosis packaging and GIRLLLLLLLL I swear it was meant to be in there originally. I think I sent pics on IG but I can't remember, but every time I open it up and see Golden Opulence in there I'm just like.. YASSSSSSS
Alicia, and Alicia's community, I need your help. I don't own a thing by PML. Where do I start? I am light warm toned, use mainly satins on my eyes, I love a matte or satin lipstick and I am not afraid of a stunning blush. Not ready for a full 10 pan mothership, though...
@@aliciaarcher The color story is not cohesive, so it's hard to see many moments (lol). I love the shadows individually, but use it more as a companion palette. The formulas are beautiful and Diamond's desire is incredible, but I struggle using the palette without pulling at least another shadow from somewhere else. I love it that I have the shadows, but the color story is tough to pull together as cohesive look. I wish it had a neutral instead of two pinkish/plumish colors.
I recently pulled out Golden Opulence and turned it over to dump the clear plastic overlay and the WHOLE PLASTIC INSERT FELL OUT. Thankfully, I caught it before it hit the floor, but talk about hearts skipping a beat 😳 I have to get some superglue!
Pat has never re-released Provocatrix, and it makes me sad because it's one of my favorite neutrals of all time. I'm still happily using most of the rest of the palette but keep hoarding/being afraid to use Provocatrix because I'm afraid of finishing it (which is ridiculous - I don't even have pan in it and it's already 4 years old). My favorite matte is Venomous Void from the Vader 6-pan (and later the 2020 holiday palette).
I got it in the US site in Feb.. as well as the Nocturnal Nirvana quad. It seems like she randomly releases older palettes. Now the divinity mega and the five pans are on the website at fifty percent off.
I don’t believe so. These are all exclusive to the MTHRSHP line up. There are repeats in the quads: well I could only think of one and that’s “Blue Blood” That’s in Decadence but it’s in Interstellar Icon.

Right as C.J. said there are repeats. But in regards to the release, it was weird at the time because it was available I think on Selfridges, but Pat didn’t advertise it.
Bronze Temptation is my favorite. Golden Opulence is my second! Are either of these still available?

Before I got more PMG palettes, I would pair the pink and gold from Golden Opulence to make a beautiful orange color…. Because I could never imagine myself wearing pink or bright yellow gold until I followed you down the PMG rabbit hole…

Honestly, those are the ones I reach for the most and the others are there for when I'm in the mood for that particular colour story, it's terrible I know. I DID however take Golden Opulence out of the red packaging (the worst trifold of all of them imo) and stuck it in the Metalmorphosis packaging and GIRLLLLLLLL I swear it was meant to be in there originally. I think I sent pics on IG but I can't remember, but every time I open it up and see Golden Opulence in there I'm just like.. YASSSSSSS

Alicia, and Alicia's community, I need your help. I don't own a thing by PML. Where do I start? I am light warm toned, use mainly satins on my eyes, I love a matte or satin lipstick and I am not afraid of a stunning blush. Not ready for a full 10 pan mothership, though...
I would probably wait until another mthrshp comes out, or maybe try a quad? But those have the astrals 😮💨

@@aliciaarcher The color story is not cohesive, so it's hard to see many moments (lol). I love the shadows individually, but use it more as a companion palette. The formulas are beautiful and Diamond's desire is incredible, but I struggle using the palette without pulling at least another shadow from somewhere else. I love it that I have the shadows, but the color story is tough to pull together as cohesive look. I wish it had a neutral instead of two pinkish/plumish colors.

I recently pulled out Golden Opulence and turned it over to dump the clear plastic overlay and the WHOLE PLASTIC INSERT FELL OUT. Thankfully, I caught it before it hit the floor, but talk about hearts skipping a beat 😳 I have to get some superglue!

Pat has never re-released Provocatrix, and it makes me sad because it's one of my favorite neutrals of all time. I'm still happily using most of the rest of the palette but keep hoarding/being afraid to use Provocatrix because I'm afraid of finishing it (which is ridiculous - I don't even have pan in it and it's already 4 years old). My favorite matte is Venomous Void from the Vader 6-pan (and later the 2020 holiday palette).
Venemoue Void is killer, and that whole palette is a vibe. Provacatrix is so special: so holiday but so chill at the same time.

I got it in the US site in Feb.. as well as the Nocturnal Nirvana quad. It seems like she randomly releases older palettes. Now the divinity mega and the five pans are on the website at fifty percent off.

I don’t believe so. These are all exclusive to the MTHRSHP line up. There are repeats in the quads: well I could only think of one and that’s “Blue Blood” That’s in Decadence but it’s in Interstellar Icon.
