Harry please enjoy your “Mum” as much as you can they are memories that will live long after she is gone and you can look back and just smile with happiness
Your “Mum” is a Star Harry, we hope to see her more often on your shows. My Mum is 92 and has flown up from Denmark to have Christmas with her Cathy and I, her Grand Children and her Great Grandchild. A big thank you for all the enjoyment you, Sam and Fred have provided us this year, Fred is so similar in many ways to our dog Ajay and also loves camping. A very merry Christmas to you and all your family. Mark and Cathy
Just made this with leftover roast pork, turkey, stuffing, roasted potatoes, tomatoes, beetroot, carrots with pickles and kewpie….. omg 😋 delicious. Best Christmas leftover lunch ever.
Now perhaps I’m suffering from seasonal fog but technically this isn’t super mums first appearance on TH-cam. I remember her appearing on the mass cookout where you roasted lamb on a homemade parrilla. Oh and she’s awesome, as all mothers are. MUM
Mate, you’re a very lucky young man to have made such a great memory with your Mum. So nice to see traditional Aussie family interactions, you and Mum should be very proud to be keeping the dream alive. All the best, looking forward to more great content in the new year. ✌️
Bubble and squeek, Rumbledethumps, colcannon, chopped sandwhich. All great ways to deal with xmas lefotvers. Loved your mum in the episode. Xmas and mums. The best combination of all.Merry xmas Harry and Georgie.
What a treat! Georgie was just what this channel needed. We can only imagine what unidentifiable leftovers bouncing around in the bottom of the Coolman would have made it into those sandwiches, had Georgie not been present to bring reason and just plain common sense to the situation. Perhaps, Georgie could do some solo videos and Harry could just keep the books or something.
My Mum and Nan taught me to cook too. Me in the kitchen helping, cutting and opening things. Looking back now I do miss helping my Nan cook. When I'm home with Mum I always ask to help and always learning. I'm the cook at home and my wife loves it and I have passed on what I learnt to my kids. Both my sons love cooking now and I love eating their food. Your Mum is great and the way she still teaches you and holds you to a standard. Keep up the great work Harry and Merry Christmas to your family and can't wait to see what is going on for 2024. Mum.
Finally have the chance to meet your “mum”! She is so sweet and we would love to see she shows her best dishes (perhaps don’t tell her you are filming 😂)!
Harry your Mum is an absolute boss! Need to get her to give you a hand doing some more campfire baking stuff. Love how she always finishes off with the salt and pepper. People always forget to season after. Hope you’ve all had a great Christmas! Enjoy 🍻
Love the SolidTeknics gear, definitely on my list. I’m writing down that stock sauce recipe. I often have left over juices and that’s a better idea than always gravy. Harry you are definitely a legacy for your Mum and Dad to be proud of. Thanks for all you have done, even if was simply being barefoot in the bush and feeding yourself great food, and beer! 😂 Here’s to a great 2024!
Closing in on that 100k mark pretty quickly now :) I still remember when you only had one video sitting on this channel for ages and you didn't think you wanted to get in to the YT scene. Ah, the changes life can bring LOL. Merry Christmas to you and your family and all the best for 2024. Nice to see your mum on a vid. Our mission for left-overs for this year is a little too difficult make changes to. Had our family Chrissy dinner today and it was the biggest pile if dim sum I have ever seen. We will be eating the stuff for a week. Still have a more traditional dinner to come on Monday - good grief!
I don't know if you have Honeybaked ham in Oz but I think that the crunchy sweet glaze with some good spicy Dijon mustard would kill it. Its great to "meet" your mum, she's great! Have her back on any time!
Thank you for your TH-cam content, it’s been great to watch this year. Enjoy your family time, you are so lucky to have a MUM, loved her dressing for the turkey. Cheers Marg 🎄
I showed my mum fire to fork about a year ago. And mum who loves to cook think Harry is "such a nice boy". I am looking forward to watching this ep again with mum on Xmas day. Georgie you did great! We have been awaiting your return since the episode where you guys did a big Argentinian spit.
Your mumma is awesome! What a skill to pass onto you! Lucky guy always having good food growing up :) keem do see the 3 generations on the screen soon! Ur little boys will love being apart of it :)
Loved seeing this video of you and your Mum! I hope you had an amazing Christmas together. You both were amazing in this video but it was especially lovely seeing your mum’s touch in the kitchen.
I met your Mum at the FWD Show as my baby is the same age as Hugo. We had a good ol chat😂 What a duo, loved this ep. Definitely looking forward to upping my turkey game and having some of that saunce in a gravy boat (just for fun). Happy Christmas, hope Georgie returns for another episode in the New year🎉
Your parents are such amazing people mate, after meeting you dad at the 4wd show, as if your a sous chef mate 🤦♂️ your still a bloody influenzer 😂 id love to see them on a "fire to talk" ep
Harry - my Mum was a chef also. Incredible creativity and ability to mix flavours, just like yours. My only issue with this episode is that your brought mum in for leftovers and if I had to be brutally honest- they don’t look as good as they could. I know you would agree- but my point is… get mum in on some good produce and really show off that incredible woman!!!
Your mum’s a chef? I was sure you were going to say she’s a supermodel! Great job Harry and Georgie. I’ve taken away some great ideas for Christmas leftovers and would be happy to see your mum feature many more times in the future. Georgie Fisher’s Fire to Fork 🤔
Your Mum got the lid off the potato salad quicker than you did Harry . Thanks for another great video Merry Christmas & all the best for 2024 to you & All the Family
Man you are soo lucky to have a mum as a chef...as for professions...I'm an idiot and I'm really good at it...but it doesn't pay well...lol...Wishing y'all a Merry Xmas and happy new year.
Thats what i do with the leftovers. Fry it up, sauce it up and put it on toast. Would be alright with coleslaw. Shove it in together. Thats the way it comes out. Looks good
I like how real this is just you and your mum trying different ways to re use left overs even if the first way didn’t work there is always away to make it still work, well 98% of time charcoal os charcoal after all
Love seeing you and your Mum together. Great stuff mate...... Bye the way didn't we see your Mum previously when you did a massive frame roast of a whole or half an animal???
This was a great episode! I wish I could have recorded cooking with my country, Midwestern mom (mum) before she passed. You're very lucky! And by the way, the code word for this episode should have been "mmm" 😂😂😂
Omg I thought your mum was your wife before you introduced,,, you both are gorgeous people ,love your channel,, I have highly stressful job and you totally ground me with the awesome content! Merry Christmas and a happy new year .. no beer test needed for your mum .lovely lovely
Mother and son, you can't beat it. At Christmas, because it's hard to get away with the Northern Hemisphere Winter at this time of year, we often see Turkey as a tradition but it has never been a tradition here in Australia. Only reason it's a tradition in America is when the Pilgrims came over from Europe, they seen a bird that resembled a Turkey so hence that's what it was called. Yeah not much fat on those birds, they really do need brining before cooking. In Australia, even Chicken wasn't plentiful in the early to mid 1900's and Xmas Roasted Chicken was a specialty and the cold leftovers to take down to the beach the next day.
You guys just made bubble and squeak 🎉 its always better the next day all flavours infused together ❤ yum 😋 you need ya mum on telly more often she knows her stuff 👌 merry Christmas guys thanks 4 the great videos 🍻
No one in our family really likes turkey and I’m allergic to shellfish. We go the roast pork with lots of crackling. These days I do the pork outside on the Weber but MUM won’t let anyone else do the spuds
Thank God for our mums eh. Harry, you may have mentioned it in a previous episode, but I am interested in the brand of wood fired grill you use on your back deck. If it’s a custom made one, well and good. Thanks for this episode and merry Xmas to you and yours.👍👏
Harry please enjoy your “Mum” as much as you can they are memories that will live long after she is gone and you can look back and just smile with happiness

Your Mum is priceless. Thanks for having her on. Her gentle suggestions to improve your dishes were so kind.
Now perhaps I’m suffering from seasonal fog but technically this isn’t super mums first appearance on TH-cam. I remember her appearing on the mass cookout where you roasted lamb on a homemade parrilla.
Oh and she’s awesome, as all mothers are.
MUM
That is correct, but her first time actually talking to a camera
Now that you mention it...I totally forgot that one.
Not all mothers, most are though.
I used to love cooking with my ‘Mum’ but sadly I lost her to cancer.
You’re a truly lucky man Harry.
Happy holidays people.
Mate, you’re a very lucky young man to have made such a great memory with your Mum.

What a delight to “meet” your Mum. Hope to see more of Georgie in the future if she is willing!
Love that your Mum still puts you in your place (and provides great insights into little things to “better” the dish).
Great to see you cooking with your Mum, I lost mine a couple of months back, awesome making those memories and having special times.
Mum is the word….its great how u share content but more importantly share experiences with your Mum…
Cooking with mum is the best. Great memories for life

What a beautiful ‘Mum’ you have. Lucky you 🙏
Great episode Harry! Loved the look on your mum’s face where she is like consistently going “nah you’re wrong about that”!
Finally have the chance to meet your “mum”! She is so sweet and we would love to see she shows her best dishes (perhaps don’t tell her you are filming 😂)!
Quality time creating delicious food with mum. A most valuable gift at Christmas that last a life time.
Glad to see you’re still learning from your Mum ☺️🎄
Awwww Mum. That’s so lovely

Your Mum was awesome. A TH-cam natural.
Good on you for still taking advice from your mum. Many of us don’t, but many of us should!
Gonna try that leftover salad after Christmas
Mum always knows best! Merry Christmas to all and please keep up the entertainment
Nice one Harry, and good that you still listen to your mum.
I don't know if you have Honeybaked ham in Oz but I think that the crunchy sweet glaze with some good spicy Dijon mustard would kill it.

Mum, Harry you have inspired me to do more cooking on the fire, love your work
I showed my mum fire to fork about a year ago. And mum who loves to cook think Harry is "such a nice boy". I am looking forward to watching this ep again with mum on Xmas day.
Georgie you did great! We have been awaiting your return since the episode where you guys did a big Argentinian spit.
Great ideas for Christmas leftovers, any mum would be proud to have that made for her after a hectic Christmas prep, cook and cleanup! Well done
Mayo instead of butter is the secret to perfectly toasted bread on hot sandwiches. Grilled cheese and tuna malts do particularly well this way.
Mum….. Again some lovely recipes and advice for different recipes. Will definitely be making these
I just discovered your channel, and will be binging over the coming weeks. Such a great atmosphere. Thank you!
Lovely episode Harry. Great seeing you cook with a real chef for once ;) :D Happy Holidays!
I really enjoyed this one Harry. Your Mum is a gem. ❤
I’m not going to watch another episode until Mum comes back!
But seriously: A very Merry Christmas to you and your family
