My husband and I avidly follow your TH-cam blog “Fire to Fork” and eagerly await each new instalment. We want to thank you for your shows and all the recipes you freely share as well as the hints and advice on equipment used. We are probably not your target audience. We are both retired and in our sixties. After seeing so much of the world, it is our time, now, to discover Australia. We are based in Canberra and escape the winter chills each year, by hitching up our rig and escaping to warmer climes. We have only been doing this for a few years, but whenever we have a campfire, we use it to cook. Of course everything cooked on the fire has to go well with a beer! Even before we started watching your shows we were avid campfire cookers. I had simply adjusted most of my standard meals and found most of them could be cooked over a campfire just as well as at home. It seems it is all about temperature control. I’ve been amazed at what we can actually cook in a camp oven. I cook prawn risotto, chicken cacciatore, jambalaya, Thai fish curry as well as the stock standard roasts. We have not tried a burrito as yet. After we started watching your shows we began experimenting and trying out some of your recipes. You gave me the courage to attempt meals that I thought were far beyond my simple skill set. Our favourites are your Pulled Pork Nachos, Pork Spare Ribs, Steak au Poivre, Steak with Duck Fat Potatoes, Asian Style Pork Belly (a bit tricky, but very impressive) and Thai Fried Rice. These are all incorporated into our routine menus when we are travelling. Because of your show, we have upgraded our equipment to Ozbraii equipment and expanded our basic travelling pantry too. You are an inspiration and we just wanted to say thank you. We have nicknamed you, “Harry de Fork” and I quote you all the time in my blog. We have passed on so many of your hints to friends and family. We wish you and your family all the best for continued prosperity and please keep up the exceptional standard of work. We are truly grateful.
Warning: This burrito may cause uncontrollable foodgasm." YUMMMM Been following and watching now from near the beginning of your journey. Our style cooking for sure! Bugger the gas, fire and coal all the way even at home smoker and charcoal bbq as much as possible
Awesome mention of OCA sacks. Here at Essential 4x4 we carry all of OCA stock, we ship them out to all the customers for free. We pay for the shipping, warehousing and our time. It’s our small contribution! Thanks @firetofork 👊🏻👊🏻
We love watching your videos Yes definitely a burrito. I have the oz braai knife set and I think all that is missing is a bread knife. What do you think?
I loved the cooking in this vid Harry and also the filming seemed next level, I dont know what it is but everything in it was pretty awesome.. I dont know what you have changed but there was one thing that distracted from this vid for Me was the audio, It is super sharp and clear much like the video quality, but I could hear your breathing even with your mouth shut.. pleaae dont think I am dissing your vid I loved it. just not ( I dont know how to say it ) the breathing as it distracted ever so slightly from the vid.. cheers Robb
I tried that with a zucchini once. Must not have had the right technique. It stayed the same size and may have just softened up a bit😂😅😂. I might try this as a giant quesadilla. Wrap on top and bottom in the cooking basket and crisp it up. Cheers Harry🎉
Hahahaha .. nice action with the cucumber.. where can one obtain the seasoning mix, and is your coffee available? A must have to recreate an awesome “BURRITO” 😊
Thought you were handling the cucumber a little too well.. good one... new subscriber cheers Buddy nice camera angles ...i enjoy creating content also, so catch up one day Mate..
There are not many meals for my wife and I that pickled salad Herpes don’t accompany 😂. Thanks for the now continuous duty of being the pickled onion constructor at home or in our van. 🍻
Awe mate, you almost lost me with "it doesn't go as well with beer as I thought" but I'm still keen to try the French "burrito" tacos. Maybe with a negroni 🍹🤷
Hahaha... BEST cucumber scene ever filmed on a family channel. Great vid Harry.

Awe mate, you almost lost me with "it doesn't go as well with beer as I thought" but I'm still keen to try the French "burrito" tacos. Maybe with a negroni 🍹🤷
Did the chicken take on any smoke flavour from the fire?
The French - like many other non-english speaking languages - calls it "pommes frites".
