A better example would be RID15 and Cyberverse with how the year's gimmicks hindered a show like Season 2 of Cyberverse and Season 3 of RID15 (Also kinda the Starscream arc in Season 2 but that arc feels like it should have been a TV Movie anyway to allow the Decepticon insugrence arc more time to breathe).
It was Hasbro re-strategizing how they wanted to handle TV projects. Rather than partnering with CN, they wanted to build their own TV network (the Hub), where they aired Transformers Prime. I always thought those guys where weird
Side note I thought there was supposed to be a season 4 but it got canceled from what I heard was the ratings and money issues how I understand it
It was Hasbro re-strategizing how they wanted to handle TV projects. Rather than partnering with CN, they wanted to build their own TV network (the Hub), where they aired Transformers Prime. I have a fairly recent video on this channel called “Animated Season 4: What Should’ve Been” which thoroughly goes over everything about the cancelled fourth season.
I didnt like then cauxe i thought they were such a massive departure from the Jetfire i grew up with which was the unicron trilogy Jetfire specifically from the badass Jetfire from transformers cybertron where he had an Australian accent
Jetfire and Jetstorm should have combined like the Energon combinations. Not like what they did.
