Thank you.👌 Good topic. I am a runner. I already knew all this. Very grateful to your channel. I have recovered from a thigh sprain with your programme. Now I am healing my achilles inflammation with your programme. The results are good! Thank YOU! I appreciate your competence. You give a lot of information.
Having flat feet I feel that arch support is actually contributing further to my overuse injuries and caused me plantar fasciatis on top of everything. Barefoot shoes fixed the foot pain completely. I'm looking to get Cushioned zero drop, wide and big stack height altra shoes (via olympus) once I'll get back to running.
How did you tackle PF? I got it few months ago, it definitely lessened but did not go away completely. I use the lacrosse ball everyday. Can you recommend what exercises are the best?
Hello, I have a patella tendonitis injury and came across your rehab video from 2 years ago. It shows 3 stages of recovery (isometric exercises, slow lifting exercises and plyometrics). While watching it I had a question, do I need to include exercises from all three stages in my recovery training? Or should I gradually move from one stage to another? Thank you in advance for your answer.
Did you guys happen to have this, or a version of this, video up before that you maybe took down or updated? About a month ago was trying to find a video I remembered seeing that covered very similar info, which I thought was on your channel, and couldn't 😂
The wide heels and arch support on new running shoes are seriously scewing up natural biomechanics. Your arch does not touch the ground when going barefoot unless you have very flat feet.
that's a wrong channel and a wrong video for a comment like this. Unless you can prove with research that changing biomechanics like this results in any serious consequence

E3 Rehab never disappoints! !

What do you think about the Altra Escalante Racer?
Barefoot shoes do not have enough cushion for existing issues😮

I've found that I enjoy max cushion shoes, and everything in between. I just need to have 0 arch support
Bit absolutist there no?@@dreamnumber99
The best quality right here on this channel. 👍👍👍
Wowww new crew❤

Move on but (slow) lifting never leaves
Hello, I'm from Brazil and I follow your channel! Your content is amazing! Could you make a video about popliteus injury rehabilitation?
Hello
What running shoe is good for planter fasciitis?
I can attest that the Nike spikes shown at 10:56 are anything but flexible. Regardless, great video!

Watching TH-cam made me buy over 60 pairs of different running shoes. 😂
how does a lighter promote higher steps and shorter step length..? wouldnt this increase the numbers of reps per run
From memory he was talking about less padding promoting that (which will make them lighter, but that's not the focus)
300miles lifespan means a new pair of shoes every 6 weeks @50mpw running volume... An expensive hobby.
Great video btw.
11:41 Which running shoe is it?
12:22 Same question for the yellow one?
awsome!
👍

Everyone is different. I've been wearing very supportive shoes for a long, long time. No foot problems so far.

Changing "natural biomechanics" - yes. Is this proven to be a bad thing and cause more injury - no.
