How to Fold Button Up Shirts (Works for All Collared Shirts)

Clever ways to fold dress shirts and collared shirts. The first fold is the regular way to fold dress shirts. After I show you a variation you can use for travel. Then we move on to some more interesting ways to fold collared shirts like the file fold, and then finally my favorite, the way to fold dress shirts to save space.
Note: All these methods work on both short-sleeved dress shirts, as well as long-sleeved ones. And it will work fine on polo shirts as well.

I use the rolling method (last) for t-shirts and shirts, and even dresses and trousers and they all come out very nice. Just not roll them to tide en leave some space between the pieces or pack them in compartments. Another tip: use are cardboard roll (from a poster/bottle of wine/whiskey package) and but the rolled up shirt into those (eg if you traveling with a bag not a suitcase)

Thanks. Just packed suit trousers, shirts for three days, night clothes, underwear, toiletries, a laptop and chargers in a small carry on backpack. Travel away for work interstate for 3.5 days, no check in. For me that is a win,

Question: Have you considered using dry cleaning plastic bags/tissue paper to reduce wrinkles? They seem to work pretty well especially for travel.

All of them should work for heavier material, but they may be slightly more bulky. Personally, I'm a big fan of the roll
