    The Mountain Dulcimer is an old time musical instrument from the folks of the Appalachian Mountains. What makes this instrument so fascinating, other than it's amazing sound, is the many shapes it has taken; some with a body of an hour glass; or tear drop; or foot ball; or just a rectangular box, ie... whatever was best hand made by it's owner. Let me show you how I make them!

    Commonly called dulcimore in the Ozarks. I think Jimmy Driftwood even called it that in one of his songs.
