If you could drag that house to Orlando. You probably could sell it for 5.2 million. Around that range seems to be the going rate and some of the select gated communities out in the Windemere area. I love the front yard of this house man that is nice.

Something about seeing wire racks in a 2 million home just doesn't sit right with me.
With all that this home offers and the location the wire racks would be a easy cosmetic fix in my opinion but I definitely understand where you're coming from.

That 2.2+ mil price point almost always guarantees future owner customizations. Why would the builder put more personal touches than is financially necessary?

Beautiful home. I love the sunken living room that's an all time fav of mine. The deck is everything. They got kinda lazy with storage areas down in the basement.

I made it half way through the video. Then I just had to look it up on the MLS sheets. Good location, looked a the aerial photos. Kind of looks like it’s in an equestrian neighborhood. Trying to find out the HOA fees.
The media room down stairs probably needs beams
At 2 million it’s the terrace level, not a basement.
This home needs somè updating that fireplace should have been the focal point of the living, it would be beautiful with a light stone going all the way to the ceiling, the kitchen cabinets could be change to a shaker, with a beautiful light granite with small vaining, that master bath just a good gut job, total redo.
