Soaking Up the Natural Beauty of Safdurjung Enclave (Delhi)

The Safdarjung Enclave is situated just south of the Ring Road and north of the Hauz Khas Deer Park. It was built by the Delhi Lease and Finance afterwards DLF Limited after purchasing the farmlands from Humayunpur Village in the early 1960s. Safdarjung Development Area (SDA), constructed in the 1960s as an extension towards the south, is located south of Hauz Khas hamlet. Both settlements are mainly residential.
