@@kamaljeetverma9136 Why did Goddess not save the lives of those who died of infections or other complications of such primitive and cruel acts to please gods or goddesses?? Where in Vedas or Upanishads or Ramyana or Mahabharata any mention of such rituals? It is unfortunate that we have ruined our GREAT Hinduism with useless rituals. A religion is supposed to be a moral guide for day to day life. Hinduism gives the greatest value system to follow but people like you have pushed back the values and adopted the rituals.
