To enter you need a wrist band.
You can purchase them in advance at Animate etc
For foreign visitors, there was a special tent.
If Japanese people buy the wrist band on the day of Comiket, it costs 1000JPY and you can only enter from the afternoon but I think they sold morning passes for foreign visitors.
