Thank you so much for this helpful guide! might be going to C104 do you have some helpful tips or Japanese phrases to learn in order to make a successful transaction with the boothers?

Generally conversations are pretty short or not required for most booths since prices are all clearly labeled for each booth. The basic phrases you might need and can use English would be informing them if you need just one item or a set. Being polite with Hi and Thank You definitely helps also.
You can also check some of my other videos at Comiket to see how the flow goes.

About the point at 11:45, I went to winter comiket 2 weeks ago and left saturday at 3:45PM. The queue to get into the Rinkai station was 1 HOUR long. The next day, leaving at ~3PM I had almost no queue at all.

Can you cover the essential part of staying there for 5 hours? the toilet, is there any place to eat or people just skip meal for the whole duration of the event to save time? I would assume bringing your drink is a must, but do they have alot of vending machine there incase you need more hydration?
    Thanks alot

Hey! And I’ll take note of that. But quick reply is
      1. If you want to take in everything - just bring your own food and drink in a pack (helpful if you’re also queuing early since it’s a wait)
      2. There are food options and a convenience store inside the Big Dome but it’s usually really packed and has long queues.
      3. Lots of vending machines but drinks can get sold out fast.
      4. Toilets are everywhere so don’t worry about that.
I usually stream the entire event when I’m there which is how there are my long-form videos that showcase what you can see and do at Comiket so do feel free to check those out too!

@@AGCtv81 Ahh thanks for the input, i will check your stream if you plan to visit this summer comiket 104. The thing is, i'm only interested with ero doujin (there are couple of circles i wouldnt mind wait hours just to get the limited omake-hon), but i have no idea the in and outs especially knowing they only release the list of participating circles like 2-3days before the event?, and the circle might only be there for one day? Seems like a bit of a challenge for first timer just to locate the circle.
Most of the time, i only buy from mandarake/melon books/lashinbang/K-Book, would be awesome experience if i can meet the author, and just say how much i enjoy their work.

Yes I will be there for Comiket 104! (The Comiket 103 video will be coming soon) My livestreams are usually only on Twitch so check out the links on my YT page
I think the circle info will be released earlier (like a week before) on the Comiket website (but it is in Japanese only) so you can plan your walking route. Most circles are only allocated one day per Comiket in order to fit more artists. If your artist is extremely popular, they’ll be easy to find but expect an extremely long queue and for them to be sold out in the first 1-2 hours.
