I think even more challenging would be a Living Origin Mark Dex. Then that Bulbasaur needs to come from ORAS, USUM, Virtual Console, SWSH, Let's Go, and Scarlet or Violet.

A small correction, but shiny Genesect did have a release in-game for B2/W2, but it was from a Japan exclusive event to celebrate Movie 16 of the anime .
It was way back in 2013, so unless you were there (I still have mine!), then Go would be the only way to have gotten one in recent times.

You still need all 63 alcreamies. Just because the colors dont xhange, the form is still recorded in the pokedex. Like the unowns, though their form is visible

I've been attempting this for many years now bar the slight differences e.g. OT doesn't have to be mine if it comes from an event and the main thing that has pained me is not the shiny hunting but the fact the furfrou has to be from Pokemon Go. Its killing me XD
